Don't go halfboard. It is not buffet is daily menu with closed 3-course menu and only for dinner. And they're dishes of eating not dinner, very blunt. Drinks prices are exaggerated. Slow cooking service, an eternity between first and second course.

Fantastic. Quiet Hotel in a great location. Very clean and decorated with pleasure. Friendly staff. Beautiful views. The breakfast was very good. The room was spacious. Great spa. We didn't put a 5 because the bed didn't seem very comfortable but for everything else great. We'll repeat for sure.

Fantastic hotel, the room was perfect, spa super quiet and magnificent end to leave so relaxed and there has been a delicious super sirloin steak that by the way we could not finish any jejeje, if you want tranquility and breathtaking scenery this is Your place.

Very cosy place, very comfortable rooms. The dinner menu and the free buffet quite improved: quite mediocre. The spa is very good, we were lucky not to find a lot of people. We went 2 couples and if you are not going skiing, you have several options to disconnect the weekend. Spectacular views.

Small and charming mountain hotel, within walking distance of the Ordino-Arcalis station. Half board of very good quality. Very recommended, although the parking in high season stays small and you have to climb another to a few 150metros. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with a modern and cosy décor. It feels good. And the top is the kitchen of a French chef. Go there with confidence. I would recommend it because it is worth a visit. Régine.

We chose this hotel for a weekend as they gave us a "Smart Box" and everything was shot. The service is excellent, from reception to restaurant (delicious food, by the way). The SPA is small but enough. Overall the whole hotel gives me the feeling of minimalist, but in a good way.
The views of the mountains are spectacular.
The only thing I think is better, is the décor of the rooms. I was very surprised to see a vertical box next to the TV with a real size girl in dancing attitude. Totally out of place with the surroundings and the architecture of the hotel, in my opinion.

We were No more K to take something but super nice place. The man d the front desk let us use the Wi-Fi and was very friendly at all times. Thank you.

The place is nice, but we touched floor room 8. The views were horrible… look q had the beautiful back and we touch the ugliest… above the reception room and heard all of the people who were in the common area talking. The breakfast was great. The correct cleaning. And the Spa tiny but good. Bittersweet taste of this experience. We had very high expectations for the comments and we got a disappointment.

Very close to Ordino station, ideal to spend a few quiet days. The cleanliness is excellent, the decor nice, the space in the rooms right. Very nice and cozy common areas. The food in the hotel is excellent, we had half board and the dinners were delicious. The spa is cosy, slightly small but quite complete and under reservation for which no more than 4 people coincide at any time. The setting is very quiet and enjoyable. The staff of the hotel deserves mention of part, very attentive and pleasant, always ready to help, especially those responsible for the canteens, very nice.
I'll go back to the same Hotel next time.

Very nice stay… nice room. Range bedding. Very polite and professional staff, with very good knowledge. We really enjoyed the gourmet restaurant: the + + + + servers, variety of menus and dishes offered, quality and treat + + + +.
The seriousness and talent of the bartender (Mojito) …
Flat: On the holding of bathrobes: worn belt, torn passersby… on the spa: missing lights, heated armchairs not working on certain evenings. Pity… good geographical location of the hotel, immediate proximity to the ski resorts…

It was a very nice hotel. Restaurant very good level! A delight of the eyes and taste buds. To choose, ask for a room on the valley side (for the view).

You need to stay there and at least have lunch or Dinner at their Restaurant and then have a drink at the Bar Terrace.

Smart design hotel. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. It is very apparent they enjoy their job. The look of the property is so pulled together, modern yet warm. The beds are top quality. Dinner was FANTASTIC! I can't wait to test the spa tomorrow.
