Small but very functional apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, washbasin with shampoo-type accessories, soap, comb, knife… comfortable bed and super views! They also have a Transfer that takes you to slopes with an ideal time to go and return.
We'll repeat for sure!

It is a very nice place with a great view of the slopes and direct access to the eggs. The spa is very nice and the bar is open until late at night! The breakfast is very good and copious enough to spend a good stay at the ski!

Very clean apartment and good value for money. Would have been nice to have been met at the apartment instead of having to find the office in the dark with luggage in tow. Linen and towels were good but could do with a bath mat and tea towels. Overall we were very pleased with out stay there. Would recommend.

Very good service and near ski slope.

At the reception, the hostess do not not French (but she makes an effort in English).
A deposit of 150 euros is taken, but arrived in the room, many things are already broken:
-no handle on the door to access the balcony (so no balcony:) )
-oven door that cannot close,
— baseboards that take off,
-one bulb out of two that no longer works, so very dark apartment).
We guarantee you the view on the Assembly, but we have the night in the Rez of shoes, 4 meters from the departmental road. You might as well say that at night, the passing cars get along very closely.
And then finally, if it takes you the urge to come, expect shower gel etc, and prepare you to make your bed on arrival, and to do the cleaning at the start, because none of this is expected.
When we talk about it at the reception, all this is NORMAL!
We had planned to stay 2 nights, we could not stay in such a place.
I do not recommend!

Apartments cared for, well located 15 minutes walk from the gondola, with free taxi service to transfer to the gondola, with good services of appliances, comfortable, good heating, parking, good beds, but would put more pillows The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service to leave the key if you arrive after 21 hours.
Some inconvenience in the parking as the squares are very small and the design makes it difficult to access and exit some of them. If the next door does not fit into the hole the adjoining square is unusable. I had to park twice on the street when we got back from dinner because the last square was overrun by the one next door. If you arrive after 21 hours on the first day with what you can not explain at reception and do not know, the squares destined to the Pleta of Soldeu have numbered with building floor and door the squares and you can go crazy looking for yours and not find it because lue Go tell you that this assignment is not necessary to respect it and you can park in any square that has the distinctive sticker of the apartments. Some of my friends had trouble with the hot water in building 9. I didn't have any in 10. In summary apartments recommended.

Bad attendance at the front desk, 1h waiting to pick up the keys to the apartment, a lousy attention. The apartment is quite new, but the cleanliness is also scarce and a poor maintenance, the frying pans are pitiful, the oven put a picture to make it look that they do not clean, and the other couple's apartment equal.

I really enjoyed staying in an apartment in the Pleta Soldeu, for its proximity to the Vall D'Incles and its beautiful scenery. The apartment is very well equipped, kitchen with vitro, oven, toaster, washer-dryer … etc. Very comfortable and with details. Very helpful and friendly reception and provide facilities for late check-ins. Repeat.

Clean, modern apartments with plenty of space. Very quiet. Comes equipped with nothing missing. Very nice view to the valley. Recommended.

Awesome! perfectly appointed, clean and right by the slopes — it doesn´t get better than this!

Small but modern apartments. Parking underneath. Good mountain views. 5 — 10 minutes walk to ski lifts. Quiet location but still close to centre.

A penalty. The maintenance non-existent, the location is lousy. The handle of the door to the apartment was loose, the washer did not exist, the perfect kitchen, the sofa-bed bad, bed worse (and that they are to rest), you could only open a window for fresh air (which was needed) the door to the "terrace" had no crank handle, although as the road to Pas is 1 meter it is almost better not to ventilate or traffic you can't even speak (the photos give the other side of the estate are a delusion). The switch of the room to raise/lower the blind was hanging from the wires, I alerted the next day that we are going with children and they told me that they would fix it, thing that never happened. Basically an apartment to not be in it, a shame because with a little maintenance and changing the box spring, mattress, and sofa bed would make a lot of. I would say that there were, but each one has his opinion and this I hope will serve to when negocieis with them.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are spotless. The services offered are optimal.
