Great hotel!, staff service 10!, we loved it. Very good food, value for money. I have no complaints!. For the great price, we were half board. I highly recommend it.

This is s good hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms, however are a little tired and the food is okay without being great. Good value overall though for a family skiing trip.

The worst thing: the Wi-Fi the worst I've seen in a hotel in the last 10 years, the hotels in Andorra tend to look after this aspect but not here, the connection lasted a few seconds intermittently. The best: The room in the rooms. One day they forgot to clean the room but they offered to limit it on the fly. Food good though not excellent. Next to the gondola.

Very good location It has a view of the mountain and the ski slopes. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and very complete. Inside the hotel there is a spa with heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room, extra pay. Very comfortable to leave the ski equipment in the basement of the hotel.

Really comfortable hotel. The rooms are a decent size with plenty of space to dry the skiing gear. The breakfast is endless and has a great amount of selection. The location is fantastic, just across the road from Fat Albert's and the Harp, a few shops just round the corner. The views from the mountain side of the hotel are exquisite and the Gondola is only a couple of minutes walk away. Missing out on the fifth star simply because the town side of the hotel can be a bit noisy and despite the extra coffee machine its still quite the wait for a morning hot drink. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.

Great hotel, food, Bar and location.

This winter we have been in that hotel and we find it very expensive €460 for 2 nights, 2 days of Ski pass x 2 people with only breakfast! The problem is that hotel since it has been built has not done any renovation and maintenance! Good at reception have tried to renew something but stop a very crappy fudge… Even so the rooms are clean but are 50 years xD. I do not recommend dining in the hotel by the buffet even though it has variety but the food is very good! Also the waiters even that give good treatment seems to be in the recess and messing between them and the truth is annoying if you dine with your partner.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very good.
In short if the hotel would be cheaper about 80-100 € or do reform and maintenance in depth the €460 would be justified!

Very nice hotel, spacious, very well located (close to the gondola).
Nice room, very clean.
Plus we were fortunate to have a room on the mountain side.
We enjoyed the pool and spa area.
Friendly staff and attentive to the customers.
Breakfast was very good and the food was great.
Only downside, the noise in the restaurant room.

Overall very good experience. The location is great in the center of everything and the value for money also. Inexplicable glitches as a single coffee machine running at breakfast, and guests queuing up for their coffee. In principle, easily solvable.

This is a very good hotel for any skiers/snowboarders that want to go to Andorra. It has an underground locker room that isn't too far from the gondola. It also bosts a swimming pool and from my experience quite good Wi-Fi. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Want to pay a 4 star hotel with the quality of a two? This is your place. They forgot to make us. Room. The disastrous dinner buffet staying without gender at 8 30 in the afternoon, waiters are missing tables full of dirty dishes. Rooms with carpeted floor and with lighting of the years 80. It must have been four stars when they opened it. I ask for a glass of water in the hotel bar and they tell me that you can not drink the tap water… curious nor a sign in any hotel bathroom. Nefarious attention.

I loved the place in summer. It was a very good holiday at this hotel. The spa leaves a lot to be desired. The buffet is very good and with lots of variety. The bathrooms in the rooms need a renovation. The views of the rooms are very nice both to one side and the other. The village is very quiet and next to the hotel there is a parking lot and a small supermarket.
