We are currently staying in Euro Ski. The staff are excellent, vey professional & are delighted to help you in any way. The quality & variety of food is excellent, catering for everyone, and the rooms are very clean, beds comfortable with excellent views of the slopes & the river. The staff are incredibly helpful in every way, particularly the shuttle service is very efficient & quick. I would recommend this hotel if you want a quiet holiday or a family holiday. We are currently staying in room 226 with views of the main hotel & the river, & our 4 children are thrilled to be straight opposite our room in 225 with a fantastic, unobstructed view of the mountain. Thanks to all the staff for making the holiday fantastic so far. L Bolger.

Perfect to go skiing in the area of El pan in Grandvalira. The shuttle to the perfect slopes. Spacious rooms.

Perfect accommodation, close to almost every point of interest to visit in Andorra, in a quiet setting with comfortable rooms. Great views of the mountain from the indoor pool.

This hotel has 2 stars left over. The breakfast was very good. The pay pool, you pay for everything. I don't know how they won the 4 *. The staff of the dining room from the first to the last defend as can the painful snacks offered by this hotel in their dinners a 10 for them, and another 10 for the drivers of the vans that transfer us to pistes, good staff regarding the service of Rooms.

Good location n food are good. Water n some drinks are included in the package, gd value for money.

A nice hotel is located between the towns. Varied food, ski equipment rental. There is no electric kettle in the rooms and should be prepared in advance. There is a ride to the gondola and back throughout the day. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away.

Mountain Hotel, good looking, common areas and rooms are not bad, a bit fair to be four stars very well located and with transfer to slopes.
Sticks; The rest of the reception staff pretty lousy at the time of solving problems, not giving solutions in line with the services you pay and a little edges.

Nice, quite hotel. Perfect for skiing holidays, runs mini bus shuffle to the lifts, bus drivers very very friendly and helpful. Good food, only one problem, can't get coffee in the morning, before breakfast.

I arrived at the hotel with my husband and my three children and we attended a very unfriendly receptionist who was ill treated since we entered, her name Nataly de las Nieves when getting off the car was totally blocked the entrance to the hotel by machines of the water company. The hotel had no water for hours. When I entered I asked where I could get my children and the 5 suitcases that we brought, since between the snow and the arrangements it was almost impossible to access. The lady told me to park where I could and to go down where I could the suitcases because the parking was only for customers who paid the stay. Finally after begging a few minutes agreed to the request to park in a tempered way the car in the Garage to get my children and suitcases, always maintaining his temper and only worried about clarifying all the services that had to be paid if they were Used.
When I went up to the rooms I forgot at the front desk my memory of the trip with personal data, when I went down to get them this girl was checking my papers and taking copies of them!
The first night I slept with dirty sheets! I woke up with a caramel stuck on my back, I warned at reception where another receptionist of bad temper not only did not apologize but also did not want to take my request to clean the bedroom for what happened.

Not to the height of a 4 star, value for money pretty bad one expected better. Spring mattress very uncomfortable, even in a 2 * for €30 in the step of the box we have a better mattress. Very damaged room (traces to walls, striped furniture), TV channels advertised in the brochure not available. The staff are very friendly and helpful but poor fluency in French and even English. Buffet quite disappointing, very industrial, not a lot of choice. Wine list and staff advice very good. Finally, it's not worth the 118, 000 in the room. You will be better served for cheaper elsewhere.

Nice hotel at 4. Not quite near the lift, but you can walk for about 10 minutes or drive up on a separate bead. The food and staff are very pleasant.

Although it's a 4 star hotel, don't expect too much. For example, ski locker is just steel locker and there is no ski boots dryer. There's no radiator in the room but there are radiators in the corridor. So lots of people use those radiators as dryer. I could see some underwear… The room is big enough, wardrobe is huge but beds look like lowest price from IKEA. If you want to use safe, you need to ask the reception and need to pay a deposit (? ). Location wise, as the hotel is isolated between El Tarter and Soldeu, you will need to use free bus to El Tarter gondola station. In the morning time and evening time of busy season, you will need to wait for the bus more than 30 mins… Some people gave up to wait for the bus and they walked up to the hotel from the gondola station. They said it took 20 mins carrying skies and poles… There's Esso petrol station nearby. You would be able to get drinks and snacks in very cheap price. Some receptionists don't speak English well. But the service are good in total especially in the restaurant. There's a rental ski shop, called Shusski, in the hotel. That's very convenient. But don't make a booking on their website. They wouldn't be able to know what you booked. The website of Shusski needs to be improved. And there is one more issue. The Internet line is very slow. During busy season, you would struggle to connect to the Internet…

That's great. Cozy to go with family, special ski season. Free shuttle to Quick gondola and every 5 minutes; Equipment rental service, Guarda skis.
Hotel at the foot of the road. Lovely, games room, wonderful service. The only extra pay spa area. I think I should get in for free. Making pre-booking. Spacious rooms and very careful.
Perfect breakfast buffet. You can park on the street in blue area for €3 a day.

It's well located. The shuttle service to the El Tarter ski resort is very convenient and offers from the hotel.
I booked a room well in advance on the top floor, overlooking the mountain and what we got was one on the first floor overlooking nowhere.
The staff were very friendly, with the exception of the receptionist (in charge I imagine) tremendously arrogant.
Another very unpleasant detail is that the cleaning girls came into the room (until we got to check if water was missing for replenishing in the fridge) while we were dressing, without having the green sign on the door. The scene was repeated the next day, no wonder it seems.
The garage theme was a joke. You pay 15e the night, but you get there and there's no room.
For the rest, we liked the food. And the service in cafeteria and restaurant.

Hotel located a few meters from the Grandvalira-Tarter access.

Good value for money with swimming pool Sauna hammam…

Great accommodation for skiers. Bus transport to El Tarter works perfectly. The staff is always helpful although some of them lack English skills. Extra charges for pool entry, pool towels and obligatory swimming cups (in 2017, really…) are a let down.

Good hotel, service and breakfast.

Great base for ski holiday. Free shuttle to the slopes or less than 10 mins walk. Supermarket 15 mins walk. Very comfortable, food is standard buffet, nothing amazing but fine for filling up after a day on the slopes.

Spacious rooms, rather good food, own shuttle (two mini vans) cruising all day between hotel & El-Tarter lift station. Lot of public space, own wellness complex — swimming pool (10-15 m), jacuzi, sauna, hamam. Own ski-rent.

Great big bedrooms. Large bar area. Decent swimming pool. A few other secluded public areas for quieter relaxation. There's an in-house ski/board hire shop which is very convenient. A bit boot room to store your equipment at the end of the day. A free hotel shuttle bus runs through the day to the nearest lift, or the ski bus stops outside to take you up the hill to Soldeu village. The only negative is the food was sometimes uninspiring. Overall (in 3 visits) it's always been excellent value.

Poor buffet dinner. The best you could get were nuggets that I bet were frozen nuggets from Lidl. The rest was OK. Staff was friendly.

The Hotel Euro Ski, has a view very good, or good to the Valira river or mountain, in winter, all snowed is great, free shuttle to the el Tarter to ski, exit from the zone of the guard-ski. Firm in the breakfast very complete, there is everything and very good, a multitude of juices, pastries and cold meats. Wifi only in the common areas, and sometimes worked a little bit bad, a must in Andorra if you do not want to pay a paxton mobile.

Ami personally me to great quality price is fine. Very pleasant and attentive waiters.

This is the third year in a row that I stay at this hotel. I have always thought of a relationship quality/price is amazing, however this year has been a disappointment. Have changed the management of the same and has resulted in a clear deterioration, especially in the food. The buffet, in other years it was great and abundant, this year was downright bad, even at breakfast, the trays were empty, the quality left much to be desired and the variety too. Very unappetizing. The staff is great, they tried to palliate the faults, but it looked that they were frustrated by not being able to do more, there was no oil for the toast! On the other hand, in the hotel in general and my room in particular, it was unbearably hot even with the heating turned off. It is a shame that a site that was working quite well now go to worse.

The staff couldn't do enough for us and were extremely pleasant the whole time. Very useful to have the ski hire shop on-site. The restaurant was a typical buffet style and, considering the hotel was full, they coped very well. Useful to have the microwaves to zap the food as it was, quite often, not hot enough. Take a travel kettle if you like to have a cuppa in the privacy of your room since there are no tea/coffee facilities provided (apparently, this is the norm in Andorra). The hotel shuttle is very convenient as is the free bus into El Tarter. The skiing is great for beginners and we plan to go back again toward the end of the year.
