Excellent cuisine! Nice location! Tasty cocktails! The wine theater is a real experience if you are looking for a romantic place to have dinner! Absolutely a place to be.

We went 3 times in 4 years, each time 3 days/2 nights.
The location already, is perfect, especially in summer because the ski slopes are not usable, it is an absolute calm!
The first time we chose the room with the barrel tub, it is large and very well equipped. A large room with a king size bed (Ultra comfortable), a TV and a sound system connected in the Bang & Olufsen bathroom, an office corner, an animal's hair rest chair, a minibar with a refrigerator in a cupboard. A bathroom with the barrel tub, an Italian shower, and Bulgari toilet articles and especially the sound of the connected TV so you can enjoy it while taking your bath.
The other 2 times we had taken the superior room Spirit Mountain chalet with a classic bathtub but improved.
To take advantage of the spa, you have to go down by the lift with the bathrobe and slippers (slippers that you can pick up at the end of your stay), to arrive in a superb place with Jacuzzi, swimming pool, hammam, sauna and gym. Very quiet, no access to under 16 years, so really the ideal to rest and enjoy all the facilities.
Outside there is also a Jacuzzi, as well as pretty small single or double beds and sofas to nestle at 2… What a quiet and beautiful view! No one disturbs us except a few cows that pass and make their bell ring…
In the evening, meal at the restaurant (we had taken the formula half board), a pure marvel! We need to get an entrée, a dish, a dessert.

A hotel with a lot of charm in the middle of an idyllic winter place surrounded by snow and outdoor activities. Sooo recommended.

One of the best hotels in Andorra. Located at the foot of the runway, it is very comfortable for occasional tourists looking for excellent quality of service and for skiers. Hotel Small, charming, romantic, modern, highly elitist. Modern, functional rooms with all the details. Newly modernized. Very warm service, unpayable Rita at reception, Abdul at the bar, Victor in the restaurant or Mariano inside the service of osteopathy. Various complementary services such as saunas, massages, tavern, coffee shop… Magnificent.

Perfect location, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

An excellent hotel in all respects. The beautifully refurbished and decorated rooms are both comfortable and cosy. Overlooking the ski slopes and a restaurant with an amazing wine cellar. The only downside is that by not having own parking and being the same as the tracks sometimes you have to park at the other end. The fifth star when they have places reserved for their clients in the parking.

The food is excellent and the breakfast buffet is indispensable. I found all the staff very friendly and polite. The room with chromotherapy in the bathroom, and balcony overlooking the slopes, in addition to very very warm, ideal for rest after an intense day.

Very cozy, friendly staff and a nice steam room. Great breakfast. And all is 10 meters from the ski lift.

Fantastic to ski on foot of slopes… fantastic to relax… comfortable and beautiful with a unique environment. And great food.

Nice place, specially in summer time…

One of our favorite hotels. There's beautiful nature around. We like to walk in the mountains in the morning when the weather is warm. And the new audio system in the rooms is just wau — you can lie in the bathroom and listen to Frank Sinatra. The staff is served at the highest level. And breakfast is very diverse and made of quality products (there is my favorite eco-juice, I think it would be cool if there were more bio products)

Very special Hotel starting from the spectacular location with breathtaking view all around. The rooms are very comfortable, the SPA is small (especially the pool, small and with cold water) but offers all the services with care and quality. Great choice at breakfast. Restaurant and wine list at a 7-star level. Always courteous and helpful staff with a smile.

Great place, fantastic rooms. Pool is a little small but hot tub sauna and steam room are good. The food, what can I say, absolutely stunning! Small portions but delicious at every mouthful.

Amazing resort! cannot believe the location. Truly a ski in/out resort. The staff were so gracious and wonderful! the service was top notch. Will definitely return for the best service in andorra. Such a relaxed vibe. All questions and concerns immediately answered and allayed. Requests honored. We were very happy here.

Spacious room.
Ideal bedding.
Very good sound insulation if bedding does not party wall (the Spanish tourist is painful, inconsiderate and noisy at all hours of the night).
Free parking (it's easy it's lost).
You are at 2000 meters altitude, there is only the mountain, the rock, the cows. How about you.
A bit expensive even when (during high season).
The "gourmet restaurant" under Spanish or Andorran gastronomy not really knew french, Italian or Asian.

Very nice hotel with an excellent restaurant! The only problem was the lack of english speakers in the staff at the restaurant. A lot of orders got mixed up over the week. The Hotell is in the middle of the best slopes in Grandvalira. If you are looking for a quiet luxurious hotel with the best restaurant in Andorra, then this is the place! Bear in mind that there is nothing else close to the hotel but skiing facilities, lifts etc. So it's not the hotel if you want to party and hang out on after skies. But if you want excellent food, a good nights sleep and be the first person to hit the slopes then stay here! Plus, a very good SPA. No need to go down to Caldea spa down town (tourist attraction), you have everything at the hotel already.

It is the hotel we chose when we want to relax and enjoy a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for facilities, quality of service, restaurant, decoration. It has all the comforts to spend some privileged.

A fabulous kitchen, a warm welcome, a Director at the top. A must.
