Hotel quite simple, you need a lot of reforms, with doors broken and beds very soft. The breakfast buffet could be improved, with juice machine and little pastries and fruit. Coffee rather bad. Friendly staff and proper cleaning. The price is not bad but has to be added to the parking since it is impossible to park in the immediate vicinity.

It is a nice place, a good hotel, clean, breakfast and dinner buffet style.

The service is good. The food is excellent. However, their strange ideas about the organization of this food leave much to be desired. For skiers and snowboarders is a good option.

At first glance a good hotel, but there are a lot of little things that prevent you from enjoying the full pleasure of staying here. Such trifles complete fully in various places. I'll describe the main part here.
To start is worth, perhaps, with terrible sound insulation. She's just not there. It is worth the neighbors to raise a voice just above the calm as they are heard well. With all the sounds from the street the same. Everything is heard from everywhere.

Drinks are not mixed in the bar. Apperol separately, champagne separately.
Not gourmets easier.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner queue to the restaurant. Do not manage to fill the buffet.

Very close to the funicamp.

Not a new but very cozy hotel. The rooms with a view of the mountains are just magnificent one pleasure to drink glass wine and enjoy the outgoing sun. Well fed: seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables, salads, soup, fruits and many different desserts and including popsicles. Drinks are not included in the dinner. Hair dryer, hot water, daily cleaning. Close to the hotel stop for free bus to Funikampu, which is very convenient if there is no desire to stomp in Gorochku. Just not far away there are shops. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good hotel but first floor beds need a change.

The hotel is nice, is about 250 meters from the Funicipa. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. BUT The dinners are tasteless, the choice is, but the appetite of the dishes do not cause. The breakfasts are regular.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them the truth. The hotel is fine. We took half pens and changed the buffet with quite a variety. The rooms are fine. The bathrooms are not bad either.

Good hotel in good location and very good service. The only bad thing is that we were charged €6 extras for the parking which was supposedly included in the price. Otherwise great.

The room we stayed in would need a "modernization". Both in terms of furniture and design (both the room and the WC). Despite that, nothing to say about cleanliness.

We can only say, that we loved it, very good facilities and the best attention, God through we will return, thank you all for making possible a very comforting stay.

Super hotel, warm welcome. Catering buffet: at will and many dishes to choose from, and very good! The breakfast was very good. It's been 3 years that I come, for professional reasons. I recommend this hotel.

Everything is fine. Good location.

Monotonous breakfasts, although breakfasts in Europe basically diversity did not differ. This is all of the disadvantages, everything else can be considered virtues, especially if came to skate and not lying in the hotel.
