A very nice place and decoration but also a bad service no respect for client like asking stupid questions' gold-diggers.

I went here with family to have dinner on the rooftop. We arrived at 8:30pm and the view was very nice. However the food and service were absolutely horrible. Probably the worst I ever had. We didn’t get served water until 10:30 — 2 hours after we arrived and sat down, we had to keep reminding the server to get our drinks. Most of our food never came out and the food that did was very cold. The pizza was good but the tuna tartar looked like someone vomited on the plate. So much so that I asked the server to remove it from the table and which he kept responding with I can’t give you a refund…. After an agonizing 3 hour wait we asked the server to cancel the rest of our orders and to give us the check and let us go. We ended up paying $200 for the worst food and left. I will never visit this establishment again.

I like the top restaurant view, I like the restaurant the food was tasty and delicious. The welcome was warm. The prices are pretty much for the menus but we just tried a new place. We just tried the restaurant and not the hotels rooms. Thank.

A pleasant stay, the breakfast buffet had variety, the dinner however wasn't, especially the dessert, the rooftop and the room had a beautiful view, I recommend the rooms with the view on the sea and Santa Cruz.

Very nice hotel. It has a wonderful interface. We were visiting to break the fast during Ramadan with the family, and we found many positives along with some negatives. Among the positives: a very beautiful view of the sea. Excellent welcome from the staff. Prices are somewhat acceptable compared to the variety of food, including fish and meat of all kinds. The person in charge is Chef Anwar, of course, whom we thank, by the way, for his professionalism in cooking and reception. Among the negatives are the lack of a prayer room and the lack of a private garage in the hotel. And in the end, we thank The hotel managers and all the staff who served us, Ramadan Mubarak.

Not really a 5 stars but it does the job for a business trip, the room I took had no window at all but good AC, the air flow above your head when sleeping was a bit annoying, clean, good service, I didn't try the spa, I took only a breakfast, in their restaurant o the 11th floor: limited choice. The room was not big, the tap water not drinkable. Yellow. Three service is not quick I asked for an omelette in the breakfast they asked me to wait. I forgot my key inside the room once in the reception to ask a second key, they asked me to wait, there were no one in the reception, no one who can open the rooms, for 30 mn. He went to the airport leaving the Hotel with inly a guard without acceas to the rooms, in case of emergency It'll be catastrophic, And there are other little details that prevents this Hotel to go far in my opinion even that we feel good willing and efforts from the personnel.
