1. Slow Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was disappointingly slow, individuals may need to work after completing their courses.
2. Inconsistent Hot Water: Hot water for bathing is not readily available at all times; it only becomes available for those who turned on the shower first.
3. Meal availability: it is advisable to arrive early at the restaurant's opening to ensure that all food options are still available. When complaints were made, the staff's response was simply to arrive earlier.
4. Noise and Window Issues: The windows in the rooms do not close completely, allowing outside noise to disturb guests. This significantly affects the comfort of the stay.
5. Insects Issues: During my stay, I encountered insects, such as lizards, in some of our rooms. This is not in line with the expected standards of a four-star hotel.
6. Restrictions on Food and Room Visits: Guests are unable to bring food to their rooms, also gests are not allowed to visit each other or their friends in their rooms.
7. Security Measures: Whenever a guest leaves their room, a staff member inspects everything in the room, creating an atmosphere that feels distrustful.

Summary: A new built hotel, far from the city, it's not 100% operationel, they are still finishing things in it, short of staff, don't expect too much from it, In general I don't recommend it.
Staff:
— Unprofessional staff, they never smile, and they don't know how to please a client.
— They are short of staff, same person working in reception, restaurant and sometimes driving clients to their destiantions.
Rooms:
— Good quality new rooms,
— Room service always late.
— Sometimes they forget to take out the trash and get new towels,
Restaurant:
— Water leaking from the roof,
— Same menu everyday, and if you come one hour after opening you will not find any food,
— Meals are expensive comparing to their quality.

It’s a decent hotel for Boumerdes, but I was honestly shocked when they called me at midnight to inform me there would be no airport shuttle, even though I had booked it two days in advance. Instead, the guy casually told me to “just book a Yassir ride. ” Seriously? At that hour? Imagine the inconvenience.
