I stayed at countless hotels around the world. I would say it is one of the acceptable hotels in Algeria. Not the best.
But customer service should be really improved… staff must be trained to do a better job.
I stayed many nights at this hotel while receiving dental treatments/surgeries, but never been offered an upgrade or free night!
The food at the restaurant is good. But expensive.
The rooms are good. But the hotel must do something about the broken TV remote controls.
Also. In an unfortunate and very disappointed incident. A housekeeping lady opened the room door on us while sleeping. Twice!.! and she never knocked.! It was really shocking and embarrassing. I reported it to reception.
Also, recently, when I returned to stay at this hotel 1 night, whike approaching the reception desk, I could clearly hear the receptionist talk to his colleague saying " LOOK. HE/THEY COME BACK AGAIN".!
In other incident, It was my first time eating at the restaurant, I didn't had cash on me, So I wanted to pay using my VISA card. The cashier gave a receipt to pay the receptionist desk… while coming down from the restaurant, the cashier was following me from above (the restaurant is ta level 1) and making sure that I'll pay and not run away. Although he knew that I'm a guest and staying at the hotel!. He shouted from level 1 to downstairs where the receptionist desk is, and said in Algerian language: "Hey. Get him to pay, don't let him go"!. I was shocked that im being treated as a theif!
Hotel worth to visit, clean, new, perfect location, great staff, overall it was a good experience.

1 — Restaurant crew is professional and kind. Cuisine is 08/10 because price is average.
2 — Day shift woman receptionist is professional and deserves promotion.
3 — Day shift man receptionist is qualified but has done NOT professional behavor. He started shouting and mocking a desperate customer after he in fact misunderstood and started complaining… but not deserving bad treatment in front of workmates and guests. This receptionist declared in front of guests "it's enough, I am not supposed to manage all customers' nonsense questions".
4 — Car parking could be an issue.
