Seybouse Hotel & SPA

My stay at Seybouse Hotel was truly enjoyable, and the excellent staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, the booking and check-in process was handled smoothly and efficiently. Mr. Aymen was particularly welcoming, professional, and helpful, and the same can be said for many other members of the team.
I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff working in the car park, the housekeeping lady who was working on the 9th floor on 5 June, and the entire breakfast team. A special thank you goes to the breakfast manager (unfortunately, I did not get his name), who was wearing a suit and supervising the breakfast service on 5 June. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service were impressive. While I was ordering an omelette and there were several people waiting, he kindly offered to have the food delivered directly to our table, which he did. He also checked that everything was satisfactory and could be seen actively guiding the team to ensure high service standards were maintained throughout the breakfast service.
I genuinely loved my stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, being close to the city centre, and the free car park is a great added benefit.
I only have a couple of minor observations. There were some stains on the curtains and on the decorative brown bed runner. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was not very effective.

Pleasant short stay Hotel. Rooms are modern and well prepared, no objections at all. Only 15min from cost by feet. Liked especially one detail of flower modern design plates on the walls of room. Bar is good and well equipped. One Whiskey 2000dzd=15eur, Heineken 20cl=5eur.

Awful hotel. This is the first time I write a review for a hotel, and I must clarify that I am not fussy and have appreciated several hotels in Algeria, but this one is truly bad. Where to start. The check-in took a long time, but that was okay. I then entered my room and it was a bit like a sauna (the air con wasn't working). They sent a technician, but was unable to fix it, so they gave me another room but the air con was still down, and I gave up on that. Next problem: no Wi-Fi. I went back again to the reception and they gave me another password. I returned to the room and it still didn't work. I went back to the reception, and on and on. I literarily spent 1.5hrs between the time I entered the hotel and the time I finally settled in my room to try fix all these issues. Add to that the fact that many places in the hotel were filthy. The bed sheets were synthetic, not cotton, which was very unpleasant. I had a very poor night sleep due to that and the unbearable. The breakfast was incredibly poor. I witnessed staff managers shouting on their young staff, and one manager stuffed himself in the breakfast room while were eating there. This is not a 5* hotel. A 2* start is more accurate. I escaped first thing in the morning and went to a different hotel, which was good and half the price.
