Very disappointed, for a 5 star hotel, I booked a double room with a child of 08 years unfortunately no extra bed was installed. After several complaints, the reception sent a very thin mattress, and they put it on the floor under the pretext that there was no bed available. It is really lamentable.

I spent a stay for work at the hotel. A good hotel with a good service from reception to room services to catering! I spent and my family an unforgettable stay, a sumptuous setting, an exemplary welcome, a perfect sevice. Everyone was at the small care at the reception, at the self service the maids nothing to say worthy of a real 5 stars I highly recommend. But the attention that touched me the most was the decoration of our room on my birthday. Very clean especially that we were in full wave but the agents were straddled on the wearing of masks and barrier measures thank you very much to the whole team.

Good evening, we are on site for an open-air evening, to my surprise the service is null! It's been more than 2 hours that we are there and the staff is outdated and we still have not had said our consumption offered with the entrance and the attic that there are no spoons and no one is there to take the controls!
