I recommend it for everyone.

Bad experience I do not recommend this hotel which has my opinion in degradation.

Shocked by the receptionist no professionalism.

Holiday inn is great hotel, clean, beautiful, excellent.

A catastrophic reception is really a disappointment not reception.

Disaster neither heating nor hot water nor service the truth c the wrong hotel.

Customer accustomed by the terrace, it is then that I decided to spend a night there, the room was rather nice and the staff pleasant. Thanks to karim and hala for their sympathy.

Poor service, not up to what they say really shameful to advise against painful and null welcome, do not keep their promises we pay something that there is not and for cornet the whole we find the excuse of the intern who made the reservation even after claim there is no follow-up. Forever 👎

Great hotel every time I come I am pleasantly surprised. Thanks to Miss hala for her welcome, we got used to her.

Yesterday I celebrated my birthday at restaurant 101 which is located in this wonderful hotel, we were welcomed me and my girlfriends, we enjoyed your dishes of the day, it was too good, the view we do not talk about, very clean, the chef of rank and the waiters were very attentive, smiling and kind, really I highly recommend it Thank you very much.

Apart from the lack of windows that open and the impossibility of smoking in the bar or restaurant the hotel is VERY PROPRE

I was so disappointed today even after my stay in your hotel for a reservation that no one was able to make!
I waited more than 30 minutes to be able to talk to one of your collaborators, certainly there was one person before me, so I normally wait my turn… but more than 15 minutes after the departure of the client no one calls me for my turn, I get closer to the reception desk, I ask if I can pass to book, a person takes care of me… apparently I can only make my reservation by phone and only from Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm!
I leave empty-handed with a phone number written in pen because there are no more business cards unavailable!

the noisy and chatty staff between them
really disappointed … a behavior that is not worthy of a hotel like yours
I regret not having requested the Register of grievances

Attention respiratory failure and claustrophobic abstain from this hotel. Very poor ventilation of the rooms.
Foodservice products and especially meat of very poor quality.
No precautions of catering staff against the Covid-19. Wearing masks in throat cache and not in hide mouth and nose, etc. …

Beautiful hotel that has everything a luxury hotel but the errors unforgivable. We had a card to enter the room in the recently restored 18th floor with a view reserved for my husband a few days before. We pass the badge, and already a couple of maries in the room, they had to find us another room which was not that laid down we had no view. At midnight the fire alarm sounded, the sound was unbearable and it lasted for a very long time for someone to eteigne. Not the top, for the night of his marriage has ban.

Nice hotel. With good food. They add some more varieties in breakfast.

but one of the best in Algiers.

I was yesterday it was a beautiful day at the pool ♀️ especially with yacine spa and the bar man fouad, especially these two here, they are very helpful, kind and nice thank you.

They a great and large luxurious rooms, with exceptional staff members.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned, clean and quiet. Security is high, incoming cars are checked by security, the entrance to the hotel is secured with scanners and detectors. The prices correspond to European standard. The décor is modern and the atmosphere quiet and serene. I missed me well.

I dont know what to say but it is a big big big shame of IHG for a new one year old hotel, I don't know where to start, at reception I present the official travel booking paid voucher but they insist to block the full duration amount, on entering the room I request tooth brush and the reception said available and will send directly but this is my third night and the tooth brush never arrived, their was no hot water in the shower too, the worthist thing that I reqiest wake up call for a meeting at 7:15am cz my mobile was down, unfortunately no one call till this minutes and I missed the meeting next daythe room service took all the towels and soap without putting any replacement, when I called for them they arrived after 90 minutes and it was 2:00am, today is my third day and I stayed working at room till 3pm on my way out and I put tge sign of ckeanning and also I request personally from reception to clean the room but also unfortunately I came at 9pm to find that the the employee just pushed the sign under the door and nothing is done, while writing this comments it is 11;32pm and I request Caesar salad cz it was passing in front of, the reply sorry this is the last one but we can serve caprese salad only, what do you thing for a new IHG hotel.

Quite new one, 7 months old. Good hotel the staff needs training.

Very clean and friendly staff. Great location near old Kasbah and key destinations. Rooms are good size and comforta6for couple. Breakfast is downstairs and very affordable price. From streets are active although sidewalks need proper cleaning. Also enjoyed fifa world cup at large TV in reception area.

The structure is nice, but the welcome remains just ok. This is not of high standing.

Frankly a big thank you to the team vivarium and all the personal of the hotel.

A decent hotel in a very crowded area, of you have work in city center, then expect delays as traffic is really bad.

It is as normal holiday Inns around the world. But you can hardly go anywhere on foot.

Really it is a pleasure to see places full of human warmth like this, it is good for the image of the country, all the success and progress that I wish you, inshallah.

Beautifully designed hotel and exceptional customer service. As an IHG member and also an employee I felt very special and recognised by staff. Well done Holiday Inn Algiers for making my stay memorable. You are highly recommended and I am sure I will be back one day.

Have been a Private ceremony guest, waiters service has been okay but needs improvement, meals was supposed to be a fine cuisine menu but it has been not that fancy and not tasty. Tiny Elevators from parking for 2 people Max, deco could be better. Will check for further enhancement.

Hotel is still new and need to ensure the lifts are functioning properly.

Very quit, comfortable, nice staff English speaker, very good breakfast.

The hotel opened only a couple of months ago and still need to "fine tuning". The restaurant offers a very nice buffet both for dinner and breakfast. The staff is very nice and provides a very good service. The minus: the hotel is far from everything and at night unless you have a car you are stuck in the hotel.

The Hotel was very nice and friendly. Offers a varied buffet. I had a hard to find it yet Google map!

Clean, modern and calm. Ventilation in restaurant needs to be checked.

Some things that are not yet finished… otherwise clean and new.

The staff are very welcoming and smiling at all levels and that is the main thing.

Curiously the glass windows of the hotel are dirty, which is not normal at this level of standing.

Only one restaurant is open the others no.

I remove a star for the lack of cleanliness at the lobby level which gives a negative first impression to the customers and their guests and another because this hotel is not fully operational.

I visit hotel including a professional executive. Regarding it's five star.

What really disturbs this is the light plate. Frankly in bad taste it is poorly made. And more poorly exposed.
It is obvious that it was not done by professionals.
I think the Algerian deserves better.
It's not enough to say we have a holiday hotel.
And then along the building we see concrete it should be more aesthetic, at least covered by a material, it's not that lacking. Frankly, just to say we have a holiday Inn in Algiers.
I hope that these criticisms go in the constructive direction.
