The hotel is elegant, clean, and beautifully decorated the perfect mix of comfort and class. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very cozy, with a lovely atmosphere that made me feel at home.
The staff was kind, helpful, and always available for anything I needed. The location is also ideal, close to the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Ruby Palace Hotel in Vlorë! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and beautifully decorated. My room was spacious, comfortable.
Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, and the thing I liked the most is that it was prepared by the owners. I would distinguish here a homemade cake that I couldnt stop eating. The location is also fantastic—peaceful and quiet, yet just a 1min drive from the beach and 5 min from the city center. Whether you're looking for relaxation or a base to explore the area, this hotel is perfect.
Highly recommend Ruby Palace to anyone visiting Vlorë. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely hotel, familiar clean and very frendly and welcoming team. Near to lungomare and all the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious. There is a small market near the hotel where you can find fresh albanian products. I will be back.

This hotel was amazing to say the least the rooms are always clean and very confortable, the service was very nice with all the staff memebers that where always ready to tend your need and last but not least the location was perfect for every activity you want to do.

Spacious clean room, with a very refined indoor architecture. Near the sea and all bars and restaurants, buuut so quiet and cozy… The owner was so helpful and positive! Thank you Rubi Palace Hotel🙏 (oh I forgot the price… you'll pay "nothing "considering the 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟)

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful (as I was traveling solo). Rooms were spacious, and super clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel offers great value for price, it is very safe and close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The towels were changed every day, the owners are very friendly and helpful, there’s a safe in the room for any personal belongings. It has air conditioning, its clean. Would stay again.

Great hotel and super location! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very diverse and yummy.
The room was very spacious as 3 adults it was really nice to be able to move around and open our luggage freely. Beds were very comfortable.
Overall everything was nice and we had a great stay :) )

The staff was very kind, and helpful.
The mattress was cozy and helped for a better sleep.
My wife has problems with sleeping and it helped a lot the quality of the matress.

We spent one night with the lovely people at Ruby hotel. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. The room was very spacious, a very comfortable bed and the most luxurious towels! The shower was amazing! We had breakfast the next morning which was the perfect way to start our day! This is a family run hotel! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, even giving a lesson in Albanian language! 🙂 we were told about all the sights to see and lots of great restaurant recommendations.
Highly recommend.
