Worst behaviour, unbooked the hotel when we arrive there😒😒… don't recommend it.

Great place to go with the family.
Eating is fresh and good.

Too noisy on the beach … nice hotel, clean everything else in order.

Evrything was perfect! The service very good and the staff very helpful. I would recommand this to anyone.

Me and my friends have spent over here one day. The location is actually nice and the view is beautiful. Only problem during our staying was the lunch. We were expecting fresh fish but we got served the complete opposite along with an expensive bill. Recommend to catch up some sun not for lunch though.

We went to Coral hotel this July for 7 days (was meant to be) but we decided to leave a day early because of the poor service. Firstly, we did not get the room we paid extra for (sea view) when we asked the supposed manager he said he will change the room but it never happened. When we got into the room, it looked like it has not been used for a long time and it was just a spare, dust, dirt and mess everywhere we had to ask the maids to clean it. Instead of giving us some compensation for this, the manager didn't do anything. Secondly the staff and restaurant. The staff at Coral Hotel do seem like they are being forced to do their job and have no experience in customer service. We were never greeted and they had horrible attitudes. The food menu is limited and they serve the same basic breakfast everyday which also is a limited buffet where you do not even get coffee. The food is extremely over priced but good. Many of the residents of the hotel went across the road to the restaurant including us where not only the food was cheaper, but they served a better quantity and where much friendlier and welcoming. The coffee for example at Coral Hotel is 250LEK and they give it to you in a small cup, and it is not good. Coral Hotel is isolated from any shops or bars. We were forced to pay our self to get to the city of Vlore where the food is also a lot cheaper and where we bought water and snacks and the Hotel is too expensive.

Beautiful panorama, beautiful rooms with all comfort, good food, good prices.

Great bed and spacious washroom. Loved the sunbathing terrace below. An awesome place to relax.

Eaten badly… They brought me some training fish passing it to sea fish… To my dissent they proceeded to serve me as promised by them…

A very nice place to stay … Are the first and only guests before the season. After initial problems with cold room and subsequent room change, there are only positive things to report … Breakfast takes a bit of getting used to, a cake on half board is highly recommended. The chef is excellent and conjures us up a 3-course menu of fish, meat and seafood every night … Very nice location.

Nice, crowded by the day but very quiet at night. The best place to stay in Vlora riviera.

Lousy staff, poor breakfast, overated hotel. But great pool and seaside.

I think that the bathroom and showers where of a good clean standard and bedrooms for what you pay, but if you don't in joy blairing loud crack house music all day around the pool and restaurant like a dance venue then you won't enjoy your stay here. It starts at 830 am and just prepare your self. The coffee barista told us the coffee here is not so good because they don't pay us enough to care.

All in all, it's a great value for money. There are some ups and downs but nothing that hospitality and politeness of the staff can't fix. I was surprised with the pace at which things are being developed by public and private. I guess it will be at a completely new level in few years and it's now at the same level as other Adriatic resorts, competing with Croatia but with reasonable prices.

The hotel is good and clean. The view from the hotel is spectacular. The service is very disappointing. Staff is polite and very helpful but it's not trained at all. The breakfast should be improved. You have to wait till 9 am in the morning for a morning coffee for the restaurant and the bar start operating only after 8.30 in the morning. If you are a young couple you may enjoy the hotel because all day the music by the beach is so loud till 7-8 in the evening. Thereafter. The local music is playing loudly till 11.30 at night. Unfortunately for me, I was with old parents whom find the environment very noise and they were not able to sit by the sea for that reason. The menu is limited. I don't think I will come again in this hotel.
