+ nice apartment, overall + good price + friendly owner, offered lift from and to port + nice view (city and sea) + big balcony, good for breakfast (large window straight to the kitchen) + a few markets in less than 10' by foot + goats and sheep randomly eating grass nearby :) — a (tiny) bit far from the center and a bit steep (but nice view thanks to that so not really a con) — extremely small shower (curtain will stick to you, whole bathroom will be flooded), a bit broken (easy to fix with a screwdriver I didn't have — thanks airport rules! ;) ) — wild garbage pile nearby — probably the biggest con — very loud construction trucks driving for the whole nights — hard to sleep with open window.
