New hotel with really nice rooms. I especially appreciated the professionalism the staff in the hotel showed towards our requests. Totally recommend them. I’m just sorry I couldn’t extend my stay. The beach Unico where you have free acces is really nice. It was an amazing perk 🙌

Great hotel, service is 5 Star, from front desk to laundry to restaurant staff. We stayed overnight and I have coeliac disease so can’t eat anything with gluten. The staff were amazing, so helpful and caring and professional. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. And it’s only a 5 minute stroll to the beach.

It’s a nice and quiet place, very pleasant and wonderful staff! If I have to write all names it is going to be a long list of people.
Definitely will come back and recommend this to everyone that come to Ksamil to try this hotel!

My stay at the Hotel was above all expectations: the room very spacious, always clean and tidy, provided with every comfort (although too comfortable the mattress from which it was difficult to detach in the morning…), the optimal service. Truly everything aimed at making the guest feel welcomed and cared for. The staff are very friendly and provide very helpful directions. A place to definitely come back to.

10/10! Everything is perfect here! The room is very clean and beautiful! The bed is really comfortable and we had enough space. Airconditioning is perfect, Wi-Fi is free for guests. They have a very good laundry service as well. Parking is free. All we needed during our stay we got here. The food is delicious! I wanted to eat everything from the menu! And the staff are a crew of angels! Everybody is so kind, friendly, professional and helpful! Really, everyone! I felt I am at home with friends! I am really thankfull for the opportunity to stay here for a week! I am a bit sad I have to go, but for sure if I come back to Ksamil, I will choose again this hotel. I recomend it for everyone, it is a place where you most come at least once in your life! Hotel Luxury you took my heart! ♥️

Very nice, looking like new hotel. Staff friendly, rooms are cleaned every day to perfection. Close to some of the beaches and shops. Quite area to chill.

The location of the hotel is great. Very quiet and yet close to the stand. A total of three beaches to choose from. Hotel very new and clean, eat in the evening in the hotel very tasty and priced performance also great. Overall had great days and very satisfied with the service in Luxury.

Very good address in Ksamil. In comparison to other Hotels the Breakfast room for improvements, e. G. More variety and better coffee. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, but the first signs of wear. Best to get a room with sea view book, otherwise there will be views of construction sites.

If I could, I would have given you 10 Stars. Your Hotel really surprised me. Delicious Food, very fresh and served with a warm smile but professionally. Great team, starting from the Rezeption to the cleaning ladies. Such hospitality is hard to find, not even in 5 Stars hotels. Price-Quality is amazing, maybe too cheap. The room was really clean, very comfortable bed, and I felt in love with the pillows. Just Amazing. Thank you.

Discovering southern Albania Kxamil and luxury hotel a pearl. Thanks to Elti, we return in September. Thanks again to the cook and staff. Sea risottos and linguine to the rock. From connoisseurs nothing to envy to Italian cuisine.

The Hotel is based on the latest technical Standard, the interior designer obviously in love with (also lovely! ) Lighting. Staff professional and very friendly; the rooms are always well maintained. Breakfast buffet, food and drinks on offer. The view from the Hotel is so great, does the Rest, to feel completely at ease! Only the signs for the access road and the gravel access road to the Hotel! The nearby beach of "Lori" with the so-warmly-friendly restaurants and the wonderful sandy beach topt everything!

We booked the room the night before. When we arrived, we were told that a storm 4 days ago left the elevator broken. So, up three flights of steps with our luggage (the man at the front desk did help carry the bags though). In the room, we quickly found out that the air conditioner also did not work due to the storm. We were going to check out but they were able to get us a fan and discounted the rate so we decided to try it. The hotel is brand new, very clean and would be nice if things worked. The view from the balcony was great. There are 2 Wi-Fi networks in the hotel — the rooms and the restaurant. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was terrible, don't plan on using it for anything. The Wi-Fi in the restaurant worked well. We left for the beach one day and left the do not disturb sign on. We ran into the Housekeeper in the hallway and she asked if we wanted our room made up. We said no. When we returned, the do not disturb sign was off and the room was made up. The beach was not as close as the hotel advertises and was not very good. The hotel does not provide any beach amenities. There were excellent beaches a short drive away. The restaurant service was comical. The waiter kept getting everyone's orders confused and it was not busy (three tables). He kept bringing meals to our table even though we were already eating our meal. I ordered fish with grilled vegetables and got fish with french fries. I guess that is their idea of grilled vegetables. The food was OK.

The LUXURY represents the ideal Hotel for both the tourist.
I wish to thank all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable. I cannot think of a place where the people were so friendly and helpful.
I am recommending your hotel to all I meet and hope that I am able to return some day.

This hotel is the best in Ksamil. Highly recommended! The rooms are awsome, the food is great, the most modern hotel me and my friends have stayed in. The view is nice, the stuff is very professional. :) :) :) It should have 5
