Welcoming staff with a friendly and genuine smile Great deal for the money. Highly recommended.

Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms, very delicious food. However a minus point of the hotel is service. Receptionists weren't polite and nice to us. As a representation of such a good hotel, they should definitely be more friendly to their guests.

Mythical place of old communist Tirana, the hotel has missed it's transition to a modern hotel. Rooms are tastelessly decorated, bathrooms are small, facilities are permanently out of order, Breakfast is meuh… meuh… Staff is rather friendly and helpful however. It is an ok choice for under 80 EUR and becomes overpriced beyond.

I absolutely adore staying at Tirana hotel. The food is fantastic, the staff are incredible and the view, is just perfect! I would highly recommend it and I would stay there again.

Hotel of old construction but equipped with every comfort. The bathrooms have every necessary sanitary. The staff is available to every customer need with a smile on their mouth. The kitchen is well cared for and good workmanship.

We stayed with a group of 10 people for a weekend. We arrived in the morning and we left the identification documents for the registration, in the afternoon we asked for the refund, we were denied, even when we insisted explaining the motivation: at the casino we had been strictly required! Nothing, yet the document was denied to us. When we insisted on asking why we were told that an Italian, some time ago, had gone away without paying! In practice we had to settle the bill in advance to have our document with us. Absurd.

Comfort roomes! Food was great!

The city looks more prosperous and busier then in Oct 2014, more SUVs etc. Plaza hotel rising above the skyline in the city is now operatipnal. The front entrance area of Tirana International is well lit up and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable as before.

Very nice place, close to everything. We asked for a ride to Dajti express, 15 minutes later, we were there.

I stayed here in july/august 2013. The accomodation is great, very fast lift which is great since I was staying on the 11th floor! The food I had was awesome and served by a very beautiful brunette which helps the digestion you know ;-) It's right in the middle of Tirana so getting around is no problem. Don't forget to visit the Kaloj cafe as well, they serve the best burger I have ever had! Thoroughly worth an easy 4 stars, small step for the fifth.
