Bujtina Polia is amazing!
Nice rooms, great traditional food, and incredibly kind hosts who make you feel at home. A perfect place to relax and explore the mountains. Highly recommended!

Getting off the trail to a nice cozy place was just what we needed! Even in the “off season” they took care of us and greeted us with a shot of rakija when we first walked in. The bed was comfy, we were warm, and the food was delicious. Staff was knowledgeable about the trail and answered all questions we had! Would definitely stay here again!

We didn't stay there overnight but went for dinner twice. Out of all restaurants in Teth this was simply the best. It is rather simple food but very tasty and the portions are really big. The dining room itself is really comfy and fells homy.
The best however was the sister of the owner, she was incredible friendly and answered all our questions about the place. They also made food for us, even though we were the only guests at the time.
The prices for the food are really god, just the beer is a bit on the expensive side, but at least it's draft beer.

Such an exceptional place. It was beautiful, the staff was super friendly and the food was really good.
The Mountain Views are 360 degrees and the fall colors were stunning. We were wet from hiking in the rain and the staff sat us by the fire and brought us tea. They also held our backpacks for us after check out so we could do a short day hike to the blue eye before transportation back to Shkoder. Highly recommend.

Went for dinner here after the long hike from Valbonë, what an absolute treat! Us both being vegetarian we were unsure where to go and this place seemed cute and omg the place was even better than expected! the building was amazing, super cosy atmosphere with a open wood burner which kept us cosy all eve while it was rainy outside — we got the set vegetarian meal and was also so so amazing! And the korça beer being soooo nice after a long ol' hike! Super tasty, alot of food and all for €15! the lady was super friendly who served us and chatted to everyone who was there. Definerly will be visiting again when we come back to Theth, thanks so much for making our stay comfortable and tasty:)

We loved our one night at Polia after doing the Valbona to Theth hike. The owner and his sister are so warm and welcoming and make you feel like family. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful and the food was delicious! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely stay at Bujtina Polia recently. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the most incredible views of the surrounding mountains.
Special thanks to Vlora who was extremely friendly and helpful, and to the rest of the staff as well, who were all very welcoming.
I'm so glad we stayed here and hope we can come back soon!

We came as a group and had buffet lunch here the food is delicious! The staff are also very welcoming and friendly. They have nice space to sit out under the sun. Reasonably priced and the owner can arrange transports and activities in the area. Just next to the church in Theth. Looking forward to come back.

Everyone from the owners Pavlin and Vlora to the staff Flori, Edi, Bardhi and Fonsi was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very cozy, the food was always perfect and the view to die for. Definitely don’t forget to try the raki and wine of the house!

I had an amazing experience at this guest house! The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful—always ready with local tips or a warm smile. The location was perfect: peaceful, yet close to everything. Whether you’re just passing through or staying longer, this place truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back! Loved the waiters Flori, Edi and Fonsi. And the chef Bardhi was excellent!

Our entire stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had amazing meals and drinks. The waiters Flori and Edi filled every day with laughter and the owner Paolin and his family are amazing people who gave us a warm welcome. Definitely would recommend it!

A lovely place. Very friendly people. The room was very basic, unfortunately they had some issues with electricity and warm water — but that's mountain life 😉
They have a nice garden where they serve enjoyable food, good coffee & cold drinks.
Would definitely recommend staying here during your hiking holidays!

If you’re heading to Theth, Bujtina Polia is hands down the best place to stay. Nestled in one of the most scenic spots in the entire valley, the views from this guesthouse are simply unmatched. Had a wonderful time at Polia. Gorgeous building, great food, and incredible staff. I had a hurt ankle, and they changed our room to better accommodate me and made me a poultice to help with the swelling. Also, puppies! I could not recommend a kinder, lovelier place to stay.

I spent three nights here in late april. The hotel has a very nice community vibe, the owners and staff are very nice. If you are lucky you might even get to sample some excellent limoncello.
As for Theth, im at a loss for words. Its probably one of the most beautiful places on earth and its still not overbuilt for turism. Come here for amazing hikes, great dips in the ice cold alpstreams and wonderful hospitality. And of course to pet the dog!

This is a magical place because you get best view of Theth in all the directions. There is also a garden attached to the hotel from where you get an unobstructed view. It's the place to stay in Theth.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Food was traditional and tasty. The rooms were clean and cozy with all the necessities.

Fantastic. Nothing less. Staff was UNBELIEVABLY accommodating and kind, advice and all. Location is increidble, right next to the church and in the center of town. Dinner every night for 15 euros per person (can be charged via credit card) and breakfast included were all you can eat and fantastic with multiple portions. You found it! This is your place!
