Great place to stay. I don't think there were many other guests when I was there but the staff really went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The private rooms are an amazing deal, comfortable and quiet with a clean shared bathroom.
Very cool youth center for the young people of Shkodra. Did not stay here overnight but just came for a quick drink. There seems to be a bar underneath the building as well.

Happy to come and visit this place, apparently is a multi functional youth center. It is quiet, cozy & chilled atmosphere. The music most of the time is instrumental in the background which makes it enjoyable for any type of online work or simply to enjoy a coffee while having a conversation. The staff seems friendly overall, with some exceptions yes it can be better trained and perhaps they can drink only after they finish the shift. There is a small dog Rio that comes and greets when you enter inside. Vitmir was very friendly and helpful too, probably is going to be a famous actor one day. This place is good & suitable if you want to relax and a drink in peace, no cameras and quite romantic. Thank you for the service!
