Green Garden Guesthouse Hostel

Mikel at Green Garden hostel was a great host. Their place is very clean and he took great care in making sure that every need we had was met. As a cycling tourist, I met a few other rad travelers who gave me great traveling routes and Intel. Id recommend this hostel to anyone. It was worth a detour from our scheduled route!

1000/10 recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Shkodër or Albania in general. The rooms were very accommodating and clean with a spacious garden outside. The owner Mikel will answer any questions you have and even offer you a scenic tour of the surrounding area if you ask.

Great hostel with nice rooms, bathrooms, breakfast and garden. The owner Mikel is a really nice guy who knows the best spots in the area better than anything you'll find on TripAdvisor or any other sites — definitely let him take you on a tour if you get the chance! You won't find any better place in Skhoder.

Great place, u feel like being your home. Very good rooms and clean beds. The staff is the best, they do all they can to make u feel comfortable and enjoy yourself even tours free of payment.

We started our road trip in Shkoder, so we stayed for the first 2 nights in the Green Garden Hostel.
Mikel, the owner of the hostel, gave us a friendly welcome and gave us really good informations of Albania for our trip.
The rooms And bathrooms in the hostel were clean. And the garden is awesome! You can eat there fresh grapes, tomatoes, and so on.
One of the days we stood in His hostel, he took us to a trip: swimming in an awesome lake and and jumping from the scales.
We travelled first to the south of Albania, but for the last days we wanted to go to the Koman Lake and mountains. We were Asking Mikel for help, so he reservated the bus, gave us informations About the hostels there And everything.

Is a quiet place with beautiful garden as the name is. I loved the staff very friendly, helpful always smiling. They have this restaurant close by, you will love it. Tradinional food and very cheap. Best place in town.

The location is nice, felt like countryside, but the center can be reached in only 20min by foot. The rooms are decorated with a lot of pictures, which gave it it's own creative touch. There is a huge kitchen for cooking. There is a grocery store just next to the hostel. The garden is beautiful, a lot of fruit trees. There is small restaurant next to the hostel wich serves delicious typical albanian meals for very cheap price. The owner, Mikel, is very helpful in all kind of situations.

Very nice place. Big, clean and well localized. The owner is very nice and devoted. He even organized a swim in a river nearby. He is there to answer every question about the city! I would definitely recommend it!
