Its all about the service and the food! FANTASTIC. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are okay. Not bad. The massage lady was the best! And the food is delicious.

Had a fantastic stay at this place! The staff were warm and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

We explored it later, after we had made our reservation unto another hotel. But decided to have dinner here and it was perfect! Affrodable prices, great and tasty dishes, kids friendly all around.

Wow where do I even begin. Vila Alpini is a beautiful villa with amazing rooms, great staff, and don’t even get me started on the bedrooms. The rooms were super clean, nice, and organized.

All the staff were extremely friendly and was always there ready to assist us! The rooms were very clean and came with a lot of amenities. As for the food, it was delicious and well prepared.

Good hotel but would need an elevator for the elderly. Small but warm pool, while the sunbeds are dirty. Good rooms but need more cleanliness. Good food.

Best Hotel in the Albanian Alps. Wonderful atmosphere, the servers are incredible and ready to answer all requests.

I had a wonderful stay at Pinehell Hotel! The hospitality was outstanding, and the hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by peaceful pine trees.

Beautifully set in a rural pine forest, the Pinehill Hotel and Spa is a true hidden gem, a 20-minute drive off the main highway to Theth National Park.

Had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Rooms where big and modern, the view was breathtaking, the people was polite and friendly, finally the food was delicious! Will definitely be coming back :)
