We stayed at this hotel for one night during our Balkan tour. The rooms were clean, which is important. However, the breakfast wasn’t very satisfying — for example, there was only one type of cheese. The hotel isn’t centrally located. There’s a church nearby, so be prepared to wake up to the sound of bells. However, the area felt natural and peaceful.
The best hotel to stay in Koplik! The vibes were amazing, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. Big shoutout to Ardi, Marcel, and the manager for making us feel so welcome. They really made it feel like home. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is in a very remote, mountainous area with almost nothing nearby, so I strongly recommend considering the location carefully before booking.
The condition of our room was extremely disappointing. We were getting bitten by something in the room during our stay, which made us seriously concerned about the cleanliness and hygiene. The toilet was not working properly, and the shower had no proper door, so every time we took a shower, water flooded the bathroom floor.
The elevator was also unreliable — sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. On top of that, there was no Wi-Fi available, which was a major inconvenience, especially considering how isolated the hotel is.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and made us feel as if we were staying there for free rather than as paying guests. When we raised concerns about the problems in the room, we did not feel that our complaints were taken seriously or that anyone genuinely wanted to help.
When you pay for a hotel, you expect basic standards: a clean and functional room, working facilities, and respectful treatment from the staff. Unfortunately, our experience here did not meet even those basic expectations.
