Hotel Kulla e Bajraktarit

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities up in the Albanian Alps. The hotel is situated before Qafa e Thores pass on the way to Theth and its in a breathtaking location. Would definitely visit again.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing stay here. The hotel is located in a beautiful area in the nature with a view to the mountains. They have internal and warm pool with wet and dry sauna and it is open until 11pm so we spend all evening there after dinner.
The restaurant is great and they have really good coffee so you can stop there for a brake on the way to Theth or back. The staff are very nice professional and friendly.

The food was delicious and the prices very reasonable. Breakfast is definitely not to be missed – fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. Special thanks to our waiter Arben, whose hospitality and kindness left us with unforgettable impressions. We are leaving with the best memories and can’t wait to come back!

This hotel/ restaurant did not exactly meet my expectations when I arrived vs looking at reviews and pictures online. If you visiting Teth ok stop by but to go out the way like I did not worth it. There’s nothing to do here or in the area. The road up here from the main road is horrible and full of idiot drivers. The place itself was decent. Check in at 2pm and check out at 11 is a little bit unfair… I booked a master suite which was nice, but the pool had dirty water and a weird smell, saunas don’t look like they been cleaned in a while. The restaurant food was ok… staff is a bit slow and the pictures of food aren’t what you expect when your plate comes to you. Overall Under valued for price paid for visit.

We stayed in the family room, the room was clean, modern and consisted of essential amenities. Though our room was on the first floor I was skeptical of the views, but I was mistaken. The views were breathtaking nonetheless.
We spent the day between the hotel restaurant and the spa. The indoor pool was heated and spacious with views of the mountains. Service at the restaurant was exceptional, the waiters were very friendly and attentive to our needs.
The food was delectable, we had traditional Albanian dishes; I would highly recommend the bean soup, the house mix starter (savory pastries), the feta cheese, the lamb with roast potatoes. The White House wine also pairs lovely with their food.
Overall my experience was amazing and I will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Kulla I Bajraktarit. The building itself is full of charm and combines tradition with views of the surrounding mountains. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive.
What stood out most, however, was the exceptional friendliness of the staff — especially at the reception and the bar. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was checking in, asking for help with our lost luggage, recommendations, or just enjoying a drink, we always felt well taken care of. Faleminderit!
The food was another highlight — fresh, local, and full of flavor.
We also loved the pool area, which offers stunning views. It's the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the region.

This is not my first time staying at Hotel Kulla e Bajraktarit, and I can confidently say that each visit gets better. The staff is extremely welcoming and polite, the rooms are spotless, and the surroundings are beautiful. There’s also a swimming pool available all day, which is a great bonus. Everything was truly excellent — highly recommended!

Our stay at Kulla e Bajraktarit in Bogë was nothing short of incredible. The architecture is absolutely stunning — a perfect blend of tradition and modern comfort, all while beautifully respecting the natural surroundings.
The food was outstanding — fresh, organic, and full of flavor. You can taste the quality in every bite. The beds and pillows were the comfiest we've ever had — a luxurious and restful experience.
Our teenage kids loved unwinding in the swimming pool after the journey, which was such a bonus. Every detail here is thoughtfully done, from the hospitality to the design.
Honestly, you couldn’t fault this place if you tried. A hidden gem in the mountains — we’ll definitely be back!

First of all all the workers there were really nice and polite! The place has a beautiful view! It's close to Theth. The food is excellent! It is my second time in four years.

Just finished 3 days (full board) of a retreat/conference with our team of 70 people. Everything went well. Staff was very lovely, the food was amazing and all other facilities too. The manager, Arben, was professional and caring in detail for us and also for his own staff. I highly recommend this place, it is worth every expense.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kulla e Bajraktarit, a charming establishment that seamlessly combines modern amenities with the serene atmosphere of an agrotourism experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and hospitality, which is exactly what one seeks in a getaway. The service at both the hotel and restaurant was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met, and their genuine care for the guests made us feel truly at home.

If not for the view and nice hotel rooms come for the food. Had the house antipasta, shepherds salad and the lamb cooked on the grill and nothing dissapointed. Do not expect fine dining service because that’s not why you come here. To pay only 3300 Lek for that quality of ingredients is a deal. Pool was hot and spacious. No room service but thats given in agrotourism spots.

The Kulla e Bajraktarit Hotel is a mountain retreat where we spent a truly delightful night. The hotel had everything one could ask for on a cold winter night. It was super cozy, warm, and clean, with fireplaces that heated the space and created a charming atmosphere. The receptionist was very welcoming, while the waiters were polite and professional. The rooms were very comfortable, and the food was exceptional. I will return to this hotel again!

Went there for lunch. It was the second time. The first time 2 years ago, everything was great. Food and service.
But unfortunately, it looks like they have lowered the quality or we found them on a bad day.
Some dishes were cold and some other ones just bad.
The meatballs were 99% flour and oil and 1% beef meat.
The traditional spinach byrek didn't even had spinach. Only dough.
Can't say anything good for the food.
However the location and the view is great. Great place to have a drink or coffee.

I absolutely loved this hotel.
1. The food, oh the food! Dinner was delicious. I ordered the lamb one evening, the tastiest lamb I have had in ages. It was fresh and I could tell it was organic. The creamy potato dish was equally as good.
Mountain tea! Love a locally sourced herbal tea.
The dining area was also beautiful with the fairy lights above.
2. If you want to unwind, they have an indoor heated pool which is a good size. There is a sauna and steam room. Pure luxury.
3. The room was nice. The only feedback I would give is it needed a good dusting …
4. The staff were polite and hospitable.
5. The view from the hotel was stunning.
I would love to go back. I wish I took more photos.

If I could leave 0 stars I would….
Absolutely 0 service, we waited for 30 minutes for somebody to give us a menu while the waiter was standing on the phone. When we got the menu we waited another 30 minutes for someone to take our order. When nobody came we politely called the waiter if it was possible to come to rake our order and he pretended to not hear us. After some time when another guy that worked behind the bar passed by we called him and no response again. I do not understand how you can work somewhere and not at least give a response to your clients and we were not the only ones that was waiting, there was other people as well doing the same thing as us.
I absolutely do not recommend wasting your time going to this place and I think the hotel part probably has the same kind of service.
If you are the owner you should fire the guy working behind the bar and the waiter.
Terrible experience….
