Arrived at the agreed check-in time to find absolutely no one. Called five times, and guess what? No answer. Had the lovely experience of scrambling to find another place to stay at 9 PM—just what you want on vacation. If you’re into playing hide and seek with your accommodations, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, maybe look elsewhere for a resort that actually acknowledges their guests.
Boga Alpine Resort looks appealing from the outside, but the interior doesn’t live up to expectations. The cleanliness was lacking, and most of the furnishings seemed old and worn. The food was decent, but nothing special. On the plus side, the young man working there was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our breakfast experience the next morning was disappointing. We waited for about five minutes after arriving at the restaurant, as the staff member was busy chatting with someone and didn’t acknowledge us or offer a greeting. Because of this, we decided to have breakfast elsewhere. Despite these issues, the mountain views were stunning.

We stayed at Boga Alpin Resort in one of their cozy cabins, and it was a fantastic experience. It was a little hot at times, but we truly felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The service and hospitality were excellent — especially from our waiter Deniz, a student from the region, who was absolutely the best! His friendly attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 🙏
