Beautiful lake views.
Sadly, staff are not proactive or helpful, waiters in the restaurant need to tidy off things that may drop on the floor. They are too lazy to do anything, even when they are being told to do it.
Waiters in the bar are really good and always smiling.
Poor morning menu.
Lake needs to be cleared off of all the lake weed or plants in the water etc, like they do in other hotels.
Cleaners were not always cleaning the rooms, especially the toilet (needed deep clean)
Cracked sink and stained curtain.
If things change I will return.

We had the most incredible stay at Hotel “Enkelana” in center of Pogradec / Albania.
The entire staff was amazing. From the front desk, restaurant and bar everyone was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were nice size and very clean. The private beach was immaculate, delicious food (along with great options! ), and the pier was our favorite way to start and end each day. Can’t say enough great things about this place! Hope to be back next vacation.
We thank the owner of the hotel Mr. Dashi and the stuf who were grateful to us!

Wifi was very slow, and breakfast was very early. Ac was not functioning. But we almost didnt need it too much because weather was not that bad. The best thing was the location and the lake view!

The Bathroom is a public Place. Through the Vent Shaft, you can hear every intimate noise. Breakfast very frugal.

Food and Staff really good. Room ok. Unfortunately bad W-Lan in the Rooms. The Hotel has a very nice Indoor Pool with Sauna Area. There was nothing to complain about at the Meal. For Dinner there were always 3-4 Courses, all of which were delicious. The View from our Balcony, as can be seen in the Picture, was of course really great. There were also plenty of Options for shopping around the Hotel. Since we were on a Round trip and were accommodated here only 1 Night was all to our complete Satisfaction.

Nice comfortable hotel overlooking the lake. Very nice terrace bar/restaurant and very close to all the activity in town. Restaurant staff were excellent despite being slave-driven by a grumpy battleaxe of a woman (god only knows why she was working in hospitality! ). We had a good laugh at the response when we asked for more coffee.
