The place is uphill, about 20 minutes from the nearest beach. The host was really nice, the view was amazing. Basically everything was great, except the clogged shower and scolopendra on the sink.

The accommodation is excellent. There is everything for a comfortable stay, the owner provided heaters when we traveled in March, and was ready to help with any questions.
