Wonderful hotel. Clean, cozy.. For disabled people, everything has been thought out to the smallest detail: elevator, special lift to the pool. And much more. On site there is a swimming pool, parking, delicious homemade breakfasts.. Cozy cafe.. Everything is very harmonious. We were there from September 14 to 23, 23... It was as if we were visiting relatives. Everyone is so friendly, both the owners and the staff. staff. And in the evenings there is live violin music... Pets allowed.

The rooms are comfortable, the area is friendly. Breakfasts are like home. The cafe on site is delicious. There is parking. Great location. Pleasant, helpful staff. Adapted for people with limited mobility. A nice bonus is the elevator.
The hotel is not typical for Abkhazia in terms of service.

Checked in promptly. Arrival at 11:00 on May 4. Very nice staff, cozy rooms (ours was 208). The room has bathrobes, disposable slippers, a refrigerator, TV, and a shower. Everything is fresh, cleaning is up to standard. There were no problems with water, electricity, or internet. There is a heated swimming pool in the yard. Excellent breakfasts in different variations: a choice of 2 porridges, an omelet, sliced ​​vegetables and herbs, salad, fried vegetables, ham, cheese, buns, cottage cheese casserole, tea, coffee, fruit juice or compote... Convenient location: leisurely 10 minutes to the embankment -12, 100 meters from the hotel market, shops, supermarket, etc. Not a bad cafe Tavern nearby: large khachipuri for two, vegetable salad, portion of 4 khinkali, dumplings in a pot, 1 beer, 1 lemonade, 200 vodka - check 1100 rubles. The trips took four people in a comfortable minibus at the hotel. A little more expensive than a general trip on an excursion, but you don’t need to wait/gather for anyone, where you wanted so much and went out, walked, looked... We went to Ritsa and New Athos. And the tender warm buns with cottage cheese and powdered sugar are simply amazing!|The only request to the Owner is to expand the dining room, there are sorely not enough tables for so many rooms.|The pool is beautiful and clean, heated, many swam (it’s cool for me in early May ). |Not far from the hotel there is a supermarket "Kormilitsa" as well as a market.

The administrator Tina met us at Sochi airport and brought us to the hotel. Tina is sincere and charming.
The hotel is nice on the outside and comfortable on the inside, such a piece of Europe in Sukhumi. It was cold in mid-March, +12, but the children frolicked in the pool twice a day for an hour. At breakfast, no one remained hungry, even the youngest seven-year-old picky boy: he chose pancakes or cheesecakes. I didn’t agree to porridge, but there were always two to choose from. More cheese, sausages and more.
The hotel has a sauna. An elevator for those who are too lazy to walk. Cleaning every day.
