Excellent hotel near Shibuya Crossing. Staff are very friendly, rooms are clean, and very nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back here next year. My only concern is the AC in the room.

​I took a direct train from Narita Airport to Shibuya Station and reached the hotel within a 10-minute walk.

It is our first time in Tokyo, and staying at Hotel Indigo Shibuya made the experience even better.

Great hostel! Beds are clean and comfy. Staff speaks English and are helpful and attentive. Lots of space to store your stuff on the rack under the bed. Everything feels really safe and secure also.

I was surprised by how convenient and comfy this was. The pods are quite comfortable, especially if you travel light (one suitcase).

Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is really a top-notch hotel. It is clean, the staff were very helpful and polite. The location is just at the fringe of Shibuya shopping area, super convenient!

It's a great small hotel that caters to English speakers. Is in a great location. Be prepared for small rooms which is typical in Japan, but compared to other hotels the bathroom is bigger.

Great location in a lively area, with Parco just a short walk away. The lobby is stylish and welcoming, and the room was a good size especially by Tokyo standards.

Shibuya Stream Hotel is located near the metro station. Love vibe of the hotel — modern minimalist. The staff is very welcoming to help us with the check in process. Staff speaks good English.

Great hotel. Centrally located and 2 minutes walk from Shibuya Station and 5 mins walk from the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Buffet breakfast is good but have had better. Room was fantastic.

The location is amazing, Shibuya and Harajuku can easily be reached by foot. My room on 15th floor had a nice view of Mount Fuji almost every morning.

Rooms are very small. Bathroom is very clean. No tables. Just for sleeping. It is clean though. Price is not bad because it is really close to the city Shibuya. (stores)

Our favorite hotel on our two week Japan honeymoon! There is SO much to say! The rooms are tasteful and well stocked; we loved the daily treats from cookies, to chocolate, and lovely tea selections.

This is an amazing hotel! The rooftop lounge and pool are beautiful, the staff are very friendly and considerate, and the design is excellent.

I stayed here with a friend for a week or two, and it was great. The hostel offers the basic necessities: a bed, a locker, and a bathroom. Basically a big dorm.

So so so affordable at around ¥50000 for a night. At the end of a good nightlife shopping street and right between two stations. One minute from 2 combini. Big 1m x 1m x? 25cm?

I stayed 3 nights in Shibuya in early January. The hotel is located near Shibuya Station, making it easily accessible from Narita Airport by NEX.
It is very easy to come and go by train.

Amazing stay at the Hyatt House Shibuya. We came from Kyoto and were easily able to reach it via the station. Make sure to take the furthest south exit for a quick and easy walk.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The beds were amazing and you had robe and slippers. Also loved the shower in the bidet. Great water pressure.

I loved staying there. The staff is absolutely fantastic, so nice and very understanding. They nicely kept my luggage for me on the day of my check out and allowed me to check out later than expected.

Lovely hotel if you want to stay close to Shibuya, but a little bit away from the chaos. There is still a small station not too far away if you don't want to walk all the way from Shibuya station.

We loved our stay here! It has all of the fun perks of a hostel but with the class and privacy of a hotel. There was happy hour, a pool table and rooftop shared space, making it easy to meet people.

The staff is super helpful, we had many travel issues with getting to Japan and worked with us through it all!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful Japanese hotel, and the experience was truly memorable from beginning to end.

We stayed in the family tatami room. Excellent value for the size and facilities. Warm owners and friendly in service, with a family mart 2 minutes away.

Located between Shibuya and Harajuku, it’s convenient for shopping. There are two nice small museums nearby too.

We came here 10 years ago and upon our "hisashiburi" return still love the place. They still have the great evening noodles, great bath and laundry facilities. They also have a great location.

As Americans traveling in Japan, we were so grateful to find this spot! It was exactly what we needed — an easy, delicious breakfast and a relaxed space where our kid could be comfortable.

I stayed two nights at this hotel (from Friday to Sunday), for the second time. The place remains as elegant as ever — the design is refined, contemporary, and full of character.

This isn't a capsule hotel but predominantly a regular place to stay. This is a decent priced hotel seconds from the subway station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.
