Very convenient business hotel right in front of Oimachi station. Room options are only single & twin, so you will have to split rooms as a family or bigger groups.

Very small rooms but fantastic location at Shinagawa rail station (literally right across the street) with great amenities, including a Starbucks, a 24 hour family mart, a very high-end grocery store

The lobby is clean and peaceful, and checking in through the machine was convenient. The lobby also offers a variety of amenities.
We were given a room with a building view, but it wasn’t bad at all.

This hotel uses a self-check-in system, so foreign travelers should note that you’ll need to input your home address during the process.

The location is excellent. It's easily accessible by car or taxi, has a spacious entrance for luggage, and the interiors are very clean. It also has adequate supplies for the guests.

Hotel is semi automatic via scanning id for check in and check out. Location is right next to the train station but no noise. There is a small town next door with cafes and restaurants.

The staff were very lovely and let us leave our bags there for the day before our check-in. They also lent us an umbrella because it was raining. The buffet was delicious.

Not much room to talk around your room but for its price you have all your essentials. Closet, bathtub, hair dryer, reading light etc. You'd have to be mindful how to keep you stuff organize though.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was really great, it was only a few minutes walk from the shops and train station, it was a very quiet little area.

It's a spacious room at an unbelievable price.
The downside is that you can't leave your luggage, the unmanned system, and the location…
But the really spacious room makes up for the shortcomings.

Great hotel in a good location. A short walk from Shimbamba meto station, a little longer to the Tokyo monorail (Tennozu Isle station).

This hotel is excellently located in Tokyo, just a short walk from Osaki Station, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient.

Small room as typical around here. Fits the expectation. I enjoyed to have the fitness club with decently sized pool in the same building for some extra charge.

3 mins to the nearest station, all you need inside the room. Getting hungry isnt a thing as there's plenty restaurants (izakaya, yakitori, etc. ) just a minute or two by foot.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The neighbourhood around the apartment is wonderful — shops for food, convenience stores and pharmacy.

We picked this instagrammable Airbnb in Tokyo because it looked cute in pictures. The entrance to this apartment was in the back lane, not the main road, which was a bit tricky to find at night.

Nov, 2024. I’m pure Japanese, and this accommodation was quite clean. The reviews say it was filthy so I was kind of skeptical for sure and “tried” to find if anywhere was dirty.

Extremely comfortable beds and linens, with useful and luxurious touches throughout.

Traditional Japanese house. Not too much space and nectar to a noisy road but fantastic hosts on hand who went out of their way to make your stay memorable.
