We greatly enjoyed our stay in this charmingly updated B&B style hotel. The lovely setting provided a beautiful backdrop for family photos.

Perth is a lovely town, and it felt just right to stay in a small hotel where you feel you know the owner, instead of in a big international chain.

Absolutely lovely afternoon tea for all 13 of us. Everything was really delicious. Staff were very kind and attentive. This was a retirement do and we were made to feel special. Many thanks indeed. 😊

It's difficult to adequately pigeonhole this property. Although only three stats, it offers extensive and very good food & beverage facilities. I stayed one night and it was very quiet,.

Very well presented accommodation with everything you need for your stay. Keyless easy entry to building, very comfortable, it's quiet and very central.

The staff was extremely friendly and kind, we checked in later than normal, and it was really smooth.
The rooms are small, but very nice and well-equipped.
The breakfast was fantastic.

Cheap, clean, cosy, comfy, breakfast included. For one night what more do you need?
We stayed in the new Room 1, recently renovated.

We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. You will receive a full explanation of the room and operation of the B&B and the surroundings. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Nothing too much trouble for our charming hostess. Our room was most pleasing, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast, out of this world!

We booked all 3 apartments for my husband’s 60th birthday. We often stay in Perth but this was our first time at the Alexander Residence.

Fantastic day at the Radisson Blu Perth for our recent team meeting. It is a lovely venue, easy to get to, brilliant food for lunch and the team are so friendly and helpful.

Not sure how the service is but from what I seen when delivering parcels to the place it looks nice.
