Lovely boutique hotel great food and such a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

First time here. Will go again, great service great food.

It is not disabled friendly at all … the staff were amazing, I had to go through the kitchen to get to the bar. It was so many steps. How is anyone disabled suppose to go and visit the hotel. That I feel is so beautiful. U make enough money. L had Hatters fans to get me down some steps tonight x they were so kind. But I had to leave the wedding I went tonight as the wedding was down the stairs further. I had to get help again from the public. N staff to go through the kitchen aka the manager she was so lovely n made me feel confident n helped me into a taxi. Please make the entrance better the drive was was so bad that it needs redoing. But I'm sorry but I went home in tears 😢 I could not enjoy my friend beautiful wedding. N also I could not get a drink as I would Need help Again to go to the loo. So you need to get this sorted.

Booked dinner in the “Odyssey Lounge”. What a weird environment for dinner. Tables and chairs not suitable for eating. Low sofa on one side, chair too high for table on the other side. Staff incredibly rude. Prosecco was warm. The food was awful, couldn’t eat it. Asked the waitress for the bill and said it was awful. She spoke to the manager/owner who was drinking at the bar. He didn’t care and we still had to pay. Left the food and Prosecco and will not be back ever again. Such a shame, it used to be such a lovely place one upon a time. Clearly the result of the awful management.

We came from Ireland to stay in the Luton we giving a recommendation of the Leaside hotel. The outside seating area was lovely and private we got to catch with old friends in the outside area in the good weather. The food was excellent and our room was really comfortable we slept really well and had an excellent breakfast this morning. The interior of the hotel is funky and bright which I love, Staff are lovely. We definitely visit again. Thanks for everything Nuala and joe 😊🙏👌

I didn’t expect la carte food with bottomless brunch, my so called meal was one piece of pitta bread and olives with dips, then 2 lots of chicken on skewers with a 1 bowl of chips between a table of 10 with three chips as chunky, next just three veg pancake rolls not only strange but had to cut in half to serve people but not everyone, next pizza then another bowl of chips moments before being told no pudding choice! i’m not a snob but being served by some (in brackets some in lovely ladies) in puffer jackets just sets the tone! the dance opportunity was a plus however there are so many other places as competition that this would be bottom.

Always wonderful! We had our wedding night here 6 years ago. Wonderful then and wonderful now! Fab food and lovely service. Beautiful room.

Went in for a meal with my missus and it was a lovely meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful would give this 5 stars thanks for a nice experience.

We came across Nadia. She was wonderful and so lovely that we need to go back just because of her xx haha The food was delicious and the drinks were awesome too! Very beautiful ambience and we clicked some really good pictures there (mainly clicked by Nadia). Would rate 10/10 for sure.

Great food and excellent service.

Rude staff, terrible service and greedily taking bookings that they can’t accommodate. The service we received at the Leaside was appalling, unprofessional and incredible rude. We had made a booking two months in advance of restrictions easing to celebrate a birthday with 7 people (from the same household). We were placed on the ‘Waterfront’, which was an area off the grounds, beyond the car park that overlooked the busy and noisy A6 and polluted ‘river’. To make matters worse, we were placed on two coffee tables that could fit 2 people around each, yet all 7 of us were expected to sit around two of them for dinner and drinks. When we asked to be seated elsewhere we were told that they had overbooked so it was simply not possible. Earlier that day, I had received a call from the Leaside to check that there would still be 7 guest, so I imagine they had over booked and were working out where to fit everyone in. Incredibly greedy. When the booking was originally taken we were told that we would be seated at the top of the restaurant with heaters, when we explained this we were told by a member of staff ‘well I didn’t take your booking hun’. We had been going to the Leaside for a number of year prior to this incident but it has gone down hill, not to mention how expensive it is for the poor service you are receiving. We are disappointed by how we were spoken to and treated. We will not be returning.

The owner is a complete A*** hole! the staff is amazing though but I feel sorry for them.

Great afternoon chilling with my children in the sunny back garden. Lovely tasting ale and relaxed atmosphere where the bar staff were friendly and polite. The bar decor is a refreshing change and unlike anything else in Luton. I will definitely be coming back.

Bottomless bubbles, plenty of food and drinks, staff polite. Decor nice, had a nice time with family. Atmosphere was good, will definitely think about doing this again.

Had a wonderful evening at the Leaside Hotel with friends, a great place to relax, nice atmosphere and great drink selection! Didn't eat here last night but I did a few weeks ago and can confirm that the food tasted fantastic.

Celebrated my 50th Birthday with a fabulous meal. Staff were so friendly and helpful and food was delicious. Moroccan Room was stylishly decorated and provided a private space to enjoy our dinner party without disturbing others. Thank you.

Here for work not pleasure, but if you have to stay in Luton then this is the only place to stay, food is class, staff are second to none, thoroughly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, very clean. Our room was upgraded and we stayed in a suite which was lovely. The staff are all very friendly and polite. I left my mobile phone at the hotel and didn't realise until I arrived at the airport. The owner, Paul, went out of his way to get my phone to me. Memorable stay.

Had our 25th wedding anniversary here in July and what an amazing day it was.
Can’t thank all the staff enough for making the day so special.
They organised everything from start to finish so I could sit back and enjoy the day and all was organised at last minute due to thinking we may have to cancel due to illness but never did I feel pressured to make a decision and you would never know they pulled it all together at last minute x
All my guests commented what a lovely afternoon it was and how relaxed they felt and everyone mentioned how gorgeous the food was x

After a cancelled flight at Luton airport and weary travelling pre-holiday, Leaside Hotel came through with availability and the most genuine, outstanding customer service! From the moment the phone was answered on my call through to our arrival and duration of our stay, this hotel exceeded our expectations! The woman at the front desk even upgraded us — what a wonderful surprise after several frustrating hours at Luton! The hotel itself is charming and super clean, such a gem! Highly recommend if you're flying from Luton!

We can't thank Janine & the team at The Leaside enough for hosting our amazing wedding reception here! The food was so different & we had so many compliments on how good it was! From start to finish anything we needed was never too much trouble! The hotel rooms are stunning, and have the perfect light for hair & make up! The bar staff were so helpful & attentive. We would highly recommend The Leaside for any occasion. If you haven't yet had the bottomless brunch here this also is a must! Food is amazing and bottomless bubbles… what else could you ask for! Thank you again to everyone who helped make our day here perfect!

Great boutique hotel in the centre of Luton. Friendly service and good food. Excellent English breakfast. Well recommended.

Looked lovely online. Front area covered in dust, workmen all sitting in the sunny area outside drinking so had to sit in shade. Sawing in the evening at gone 6pm. Room was very tired, ripped chair, ripped wallpaper, tiny ensuite had black mold spots on tiles. Very noisy from road until past 1pm ish. Breakfast was excellent though, very tasty. This place has great potential, funky decor downstairs, lovely building and terrace just such a shame it isn't being run with customer experience in mind.

Great Gin menu! Lots to choose from. They have a good selection of bar food too.

We had a after funeral service here. The staff just couldn't do enough for the over 200 guests. Great food packages and plenty of room here. Available for all occasions.

Great selection of rooms from basic to premium onsuite with jacuzzi this is good family run place great for special occasions there is a bar which includes selection of cocktails and spirits and basic on tap beers, party rooms can be rented out for birthdays also. Modern decor, great atmosphere.

Stayed there for my grandson's Christening had the roof top room with Jacuzzi. Excellent throughout cleanliness friendliness you name it we had it. I didn't have the breakfast as I was to hungover but hubby did and he said it was delicious. If I could rate this more it would be a 10. Thank you to all the lovely staff keep up the good work. Had my little girls 6th birthday party here today and the staff couldn’t have done enough for us. Janine and her daughter hosted the best build a bear party. Food was amazing for the kids and us adults and plenty of it. Couldn’t recommend the Leaside enough.

When you enter the hotel you are greeted with smiling hotel reception staff. We were shown through to the bar which has stripped back walls to the brickwork with some interesting details. I was there for a function which had a buffet which was delicious. There is a dedicated cocktail bar which is a nice touch. They have their own gated car park which made us feel assured the car was safe. Worth a visit when in the area.

Attended a wonderful wedding there. It's very cosy. I loved it.

Meze menu is delicious. We love the squeaky cheese on a bed of tangy Mediterranean veg, crispy calamari and mixed Meze starter. Side salads always generous. Friendly, helpful service. Good wine list.

We had a party here after our wedding. Janine and the team were so great. The lunch during the day was smoothly done and the food was good. In the evening the buffet received very positive comments from all of our guests. I would highly recommend holding a party here. We stayed over in the coach suite. The room was amazing and nice and clean.

I visited the gin bar to try a few of the large selection of fins available. They have a selection of over 20 gins, possibly more which is great. These are served with a fresh garnish and fentimans tonics which is great. Unfortunately there was an event on the same evening which meant the atmosphere was slightly changed and the service was slow and impersonal. Will visit again in the future.

Stayed in a room with a jacuzzi! Great fun. Also enjoyed the large bed, spacious shower and comfy furniture. Booking directly, the room price included a great cooked breakfast. The dinner was extremely enjoyable and very reasonably priced for someone used to prices in the London and Surrey areas. The very friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to make sure everything was as we wanted it to be.

We was at The Leaside Hotel for my brother's wedding reception. It did not disappoint, it had a great space for dancing, another room to sit down at tables and eat. The food was amazing. The bar staff were all lovely. Managed to see the room the newly weds were staying in and it was very impressive. Overall its a great place for an event. Definately recommend.

We went to the leaside hotel for my mates 30th and we hired out the back bit it was amazing really good and the garden is lovely.

Amazing hotel, with very helpful staff. They all went the extra mile with service. On arrival we got upgraded to the one of the best rooms (Terrace Suite). Which was a gorgeous room. Food was brilliant having dinner and breakfast there, great value for money. Perfect place to stay would 100% stay again.

The loft room was a great space. Nice décor just lacking a few finishing touches and a fridge.

Arrived for our six night stay to scaffolding to facilitate roof repairs. Quaint, handsome building, nice patio, nice gardens. No lift. Our room was in a converted section of the buildings' attic. It was very nice, clean, new bathroom. All in all, excellent use of re-claimed space. The last set of stairs to the room would be a tough climb for the elderly and impossible for handicapped. My wife and I are 64 and found it do-able though. Breakfast is great, ate at the restaurant one night, very good. Bar staff friendly and attentive as was the entire staff. The negative: Friday night a private party was booked in the bar. Loud DJ music until 1:00 a. M. Resounded throughout the hotel. Saturday night the entire hotel was booked to another private party. Again the music started at 9:00 p. M and at 3:00 a. M. I got dressed and went down and sought out the manager who told me that we should have been informed and given the option to move to another room. I doubt it would have made any difference; the hotel is very small. The manager made them stop at 3:30; they wanted to party all night. We again spoke with the manager after breakfast at 8:30; she was again on duty, she was very cordial and apologetic and assured us that the owner would compensate us, which he did. Except for two nights of fractured sleep, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. side note: the roofers were very pleasant as well; they even bought a round of drinks one evening after they came down.

Stayed here after a wedding, good breakfast needed as bar was open very late. Thankfully breakfast was very good. Recommend.

Lovely Hotel by Luton standards, very good food (proper restaurant too) and very reasonable rate for a place that is so much nicer than the sterile norm in Luton.

Im staying at the leaside hotel as I write this and ive been here for nearly 2 weeks and im very happy and the breakfast/s on offer r second to none, would recomend it 2 any1.

Get a menu for the posh pizzas, brilliant home delivery and value for money. If you order two large ones I guarantee you will be having some for breakfast too! We have also eaten at the Leaside and the food was excellent. Nice place for a pint too, Guinness is excellent. Good to see a hotel that prides itself on quality and good value, staff are very friendly. Overall. Excellent :).
