It is a very tranquil place/villa. The people here are friendly but speak little English. Because it is a villa, be prepared to bring mozzie ointment. The room has mosquito net over your bed which is good! ;) Unfortunately, in a short span of 2 hours, there were 4 power trips although it was quickly resolved with 10 minutes each time. Breakfast was included and I had great breakfast, enjoying them thoroughly. There was service recovery and the restaurant or hotel manageress came to my room to apologise for the power trip and offered a complimentary dinner in their in-house restaurant. Truly impressed. All the staff here are really friendly, especially 1 lady in the restaurant who can speak some English and always smiley! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone. Awesome!
Our second Christmas here + this spot always deliver on uniqueness, comfort, service + amazing traditional food. No place like this in Hue ❤️

A wonderful hidden gem in the middle of a quiet residential area of Hue. Went for dinner to experience the great food and ornate royal decorations of each dish. Very friendly service, stunning ambiance and great Hue food. One day, I will stay in one of their 7 royal pavilions, even though we are almost neighbors.
