Reviews of Mad Monkey Hoi An
I had a great experience at the Vietnam backpacker in Saigon. The staff here is pretty nice and drinks are reasonable. This one is completely different. Every moto bike I have used has been broken in some way. The first moto bike, ran out of gas within 1km and we were forced to push and look for gas. I was given a Bicycle even with a basket for my belongings to ride the next day. The basket had a hole and my wallet and cell phone both fell out. My phone broke. I am expecting to have them cover the cost to have this repaired. THE MANAGER SAID THEY DO Not COVER DAMAGE Because they give you a broken bike. I would really recommend staying other places and DEFINITELY NOT renting anything from here. STAY AWAY The Subflower down the street is closer to downtown and more reasonable.
I stayed here for a week over Christmas. The staff where amazing. Very helpful. Made some great friends there. Everything was clean and tidy. Bar and swimming pool great along with shuttle to there beachside bar with pool and bar and very nice atmosphere right on the beach.
