Dodgy practices by the homestay host! Overcharging! We asked the host how much to rent a scooter for a day. We were told 125k dong per day, we asked as we were renting 2 scooters if we could rent them for 100k dong per day per scooter to which she agreed to. 2 very run down scooters were delivered to the homestay, one of which broke down in Da Nang in a very busy intersection. The other had buckled wheels and pulled to the left. Upon checking out she charged us the 125k dong price and insisted that we pay it. We argued that we agreed to a different price but she just ignored us. I would not recommend this homestay due to the practices! Do not stay at this homestay!
