I was looking forward to our stay here and I was not disappointed one bit. The hotel is gorgeous: open layout that is airy and modern. The pool, as many have already mentioned, is a huge highlight. You really do lounge over rice fields. The staff were all very kind. I had a room on the 6th floor with a city view that was so relaxing. Spacious and cozy at the same time. The amenities were fantastic: shuttle service to the Old Town and the beach and, our favorite, free bikes. Hoi An is easy to navigate on bike and this allowed us to easily get around at no additional cost. They even let us take a bike our after check out because we had one last minute errand to do. The breakfast was good. I've had better in other hotels, but it was all very fresh, if not the most tasty. I would have appreciated buffet until 10:30am. If ever I'm in Hoi An again, I'd definitely choose this hotel again. 99

Gorgeous room — spotlessly clean and spacious — which staff decorated with rose petals as we were on our honeymoon! Lovely views of the lily pond and gardens. The breakfast was a mixture of Asian and Western food. Omelette chef cooked to order. Certainly something for everyone. The restaurant was open on three sides affording excellent views of the grounds. Bar had 'happy hour' between 3 and 5 o'clock. Good selection of wines including very good Vietnamese red. Staff friendly helpful. Child friendly hotel. Had a wonderful stay.

Lasenta is named after Lotus leaves — a traditional flower of Vietnam. They are always fully booked. That's why you will find really difficult to book a room here. But that means they are really hot with online guests. They have a great swimming pool which have a countryside view on roof top. It's really a nice place for check-in.

Room size is decent and clean. Love the banana crepes served at breakfast. There is shuttle bus to old town and the beach and while the timings are restricted, we still managed to work around it. Sent our clothes for laundry outside (out to main street from the back door) for 15k a kilo. Satisfied stay.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly, super helpful and attentive. The room we were upgraded to was absolutely stunning! It had a bath overlooking the city! The pool was great though it would have been nice if it were open later so we could have a dip after dinner when there were no children around. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and was changed up each day. Loved the free bicycles and the shuttle to get us around, we saved a bit of money using these though the afternoon shuttle times were a bit limited. The only negative I have to say about this place was the airport pick up and drop off were a bit disappointing. The pick up wasn't there when we arrived and we had to get the airport information desk to call and we were told there was traffic and the driver was 40 min away (hotel was a 40 min drive so I think they forgot) and when we left we were dropped at the international terminal and then told we could walk to domestic which was a bit disappointing but overall wouldn't let that detract from the 5/5 everything else.

Nice address a little away from the Clean Hotel Center, spacious room and can hearty breakfast address to remember.

The staffs were so nice and friendly. Excellent service. Rooms perfectly decorated and clean. The location was like about 10 minutes of taxi away from the center (? ) but I cant really remember correctly.

A very comfortable and beautiful hotel, clean and tidy. Staff are very welcome and helpful. Wonderful view from the swimming pool and bar in the 4th floor. However the location is a little tricky — 1.5km from the town centre so a bit far for a walk but too close to get a taxi. The hotel offers free shuttle buses (not very regularly) and bikes which is nice during the day but you don't really want to do that late at night after drinking in town. Breakfasts are nice but the food from the restaurant in evenings are quite average but expensive.

An amazing view of the Arrosales!

We stayed there in August 2017, for three nights. The hotel pool has a relaxing and full of peace view. The hotel is just situated between the Beach and the Hoi An City. If you are looking for some peaceful and relaxing time and enjoy both beach and city equally, this hotel is a good choice. The hotel gives you bicycles free, available on availability. We rented a scooter, that couldn't be option for other people, due to risky driving in Vietnam. But it was a good decision as we were able to enjoy fields, city and beach. If we go back to Hoi An we will definitely go back to this hotel.

We unfortunately had to stay only one and half night because of an early train. We could have spent a month in this PERFECT hotel. Nothing to say, really. Comfort in the hotel, beautiful area, amazing swimming pool woth incredible view. The food during the breakfast is a large buffet which is all inclusive. The quality of the food is perfect and super various. We ate in the room, the food was perfect too. And not to forget, the people from the staff are lovely guys, always want to make better to make you enjoy. Speaking a perfect english, it is easy to communicate! MUST GO MUST O MUST GO, but stay at least 4 nights!

Away from old town and it's hustling and bustling. Staff is always eager to please. Excellent for sweet quiet retreat.

We had a fantastic time in Hoi An in great part thanks to the hospitality and great amenities at Lasenta. The hotel's employees do a great job at making you feel comfortable, the breakfast is delicious and the spa even better. Our room. Was very clean and quiet, and for those with noise sentitivity you may want to pick the City view room (small road on that side). Free bikes were a plus and we were really glad to stay a few minutes away from the old City. Overall, great experience. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a fantastic hotel. Location good with fab views over the rice paddy fields. Pool area great! Staff very attentive, restaurant serves great food with a varied choice. Rooms are a good size with everything you need. Hotel provided bikes for free to explore, nice touch as it’s a great way to explore. Shuttle to ancient town also put on, reception is light modern airy and smells delicious. I should recommend this boutique hotel to anyone and I hope to return. Love it!

Beautiful hotel. Worst service ever. We booked a specific room with a view. The staff told us there was emergency construction on the room. When we got there, we discovered that they double booked the room. They LIED to us. And service from there on only got worse. Rude and deceitful. don't do it.

Very impressive hotel. We were upgraded to a suite because we have an infant, and the room is amazing. The breakfast is great (and they have a high chair for the baby) and the pool (overlooking rice paddies) is an experience. The location is pretty cool as well… not centrally located, so the area around it feels way more authentic than hotels near the Hoi An Ancient Town.

The hotel is wonderful, very clean and staff are available and pleasant to deal with. The pool is beautiful overlooking the rice fields that provide something new to look at every day. The room is spacious and large bathroom, they are clean and the balcony is a bonus extra. Overall a nice retreat from the huddle and bussle below.
Diem is fantastic she is around most days by the pool and can offer travel suggestions and her English is great.
Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful hotel friendly efficient staff. We had a ten day stay in a fabulous rice paddy view room. Close to restaurants and shops. The pool is nice although a little small but we had a great stay.

Love, love, loved it! The room we had overlooked the rice fields and was very spacious … felt like a little apartment.
Staff are very friendly and meals are reasonably priced.
Highly recommend Lassenta … great place to chill out!

Faultless for value, location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and all round a great option for your stay in Hoi An. Close enough to walk into the old town but far enough away to get away from the crowds! Awesome pool and view of the rice paddy fields — especially good for a few sundowners during happy hour watching the sun go down over the town.

Awesome boutique hotel with very clean, modern and perfectly styled rooms, fantastic pool view, decent fitness center and perfect breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helps you with every question. Furthermore a bus shuttle to the beach and old town of Hoi An is provided or just rent a bike (complimentary) to cycle the few meters downtown. If you are looking for an awesome hotel experience in the most beautiful city in Vietnam you should go there! Will come back again for sure!

Very comfy and tastefully done. Only 15 minutes walk from the old town. Free scheeuled shuttle and bicycles are available. Sauna and steam room are not a part of the fitness center but may be used if you use spa services. Bathrooms are spacious.
