I checked in early and nothing was cleaned from the previous guest the toilet was used and not flushed. I asked the staff to clean it. When I returned only the beds were made. Toiletries were not the replenished as I had to use from previous guest. Floor had hair and dirt all over it. Small ants kept coming to drink my complementary ginger tea. Cobwebs and dust in the room. The reception desk has people walking through smoking. The chandelier has dust and dead Dragon flies caught inside. Buffet was non existent. I had to order ahead and received something different. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in.
