Walkable distance to the beach. A little old compare to other hotels in the city.

That's all right. The price is democratic. Centre. The sea is nearby. No private beach.

Nice view, but bad appartments, cleaning, and too much noise because of bad windows.

The hotel is a overnight. The room itself is decent. The windows, however, on the wall of another building and the noise of the city does not smooth. Breakfast was very good. There was nothing to feed the baby.

Stayed there 2 nights, the room was in poor condition, bed sheets and comford haven't been washed or changed! when out for dinner came back turn on the lights, OMG fricking roaches running around like a battle field! I wouldn't recomment stay at this Hotel untill they needed to do a better cleaning job!

Amazing view of the beach and about a block away. The bathroom is also one of the best I've used while in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet is decent, too. But there were cracks in the walls and chipped paint as wells as dust and some strands of hair on my bed covers and sink when I was here.

Lived in the new building. Stunning sea views! Truth has to look through dirty Windows.
Cockroaches/ants were found. All the plumbing works.
Staff like adequate, but lazy. Neither Coke from the fridge, not put paid once drank, nor wash floors.
As a whole fully justifies the 3 stars.

What dump. They did a nice job with the web page picture. Trust me it's not what you are paying for, I have never took my family to such a dump of a hotel! Everything else — cons: Breakfast was poor and tired after two days, constant interruptions with hot water, the peeling walls on floors, muddy furniture and ants in the room Etc (tired of writing).
