The hotel is on the second line. Friendly staff, cleaning every day. Breakfasts for three, but the hungry will not remain, desserts and pastries almost do not offer. The hotel is very pleasant. Cleaning every day. The food is good, only breakfast, the choice for Russian is rather modest, but only enough. The room was taken with a sea view, we got without a balcony, we agreed the view is certainly not a review as the side-high-rise hotels. The noise from the construction is not critical, but slept with closed windows, since the morning already noisy road. The beach is shared, the hotel, at the time of our stay, was not very crowded, so the sunbeds was quite enough. The location of the hotel Galina is good. During our holiday we got to the opening of the coffee shop Viet Farm. On the opening day was an incredible stir, so came here the next day. The girls had a good consultation with us on local coffee and tea. I liked the presentation of it, and the coffee itself looked fresher than in other places. I recommend this store. The impression of the country is the brightest, I do not know as in other months, in the first half of March we were wonderful.

The beach chair guy that works here is the rudest most disrespectful person to work here, if you are not from the hotel, he first will try to rob and shake you down for money, 100, 000 VND and then insult you with “What are you Stupid? “ comments multiple times and threatens to throw you out as well as act hostile. Employ better staff to monitor your beach chairs who understand what courtesy is. Just some advice. Learn to treat tourists better.

The hotel itself is decent, but there are rooms with cockroaches. One of them got us. Prusakov kill every day. In my opinion the hotel itself is reliving. Due to the strojushhegosja of the tall building the sun on both pools disappeared completely and they empty or they visit the Chinese, which the sun does not need.

Great place for the money. Exactly in the touristic city center. Hotel staff speaks very poor Russian and very poor English. Room was clean, everything was working. On attached photos lobby and "partial sea view" from inside the room on 6th floor. Initially I was going to put 5 stars review but during checking-out the receptionist insisted on paying for slippers. We had 2 pairs in the room (obviously for 2 persons), but he claimed that upon check-in we had 4 pairs for some reason. So, I paid about $7, and for this unpleasent last minute argument I rate Galina Hotel with 4* (and they're lucky 'cause my wife suggested rating them with 2* :) since they were arguing with her). Among other downsides — hotel beach staff removes all the "beach beds" at 18:00, and it's a bit early because swimming time is comfortable from 16:00 till 19:00.

Great mud spa, massage and overall everything is nice. Especially the bathhouse, after a hot day and salty sea, this is what you need. Still no Chinese in the evening. Time is cool.

The hotel is in a great location. Service at the height. I recommend to visit. I am sure that you will not regret this hotel.

The hotel is nice with its drawbacks but the pluses are more than drawbacks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and arrival. I've been in hundreds of spas and this was so bad. The service was horrible. They could not talk English and was staring at you all the time so you won't get any privacy. The staff where smoking 3 meters from us… everything where dirty, the sauna and steam wasn't on so wee needed to wait for them to start it. The Jacuzzi was even more dirty so don't jump in there, you will get a disease… Dirty Rowland old drinks everywhere and nobody was cleaning, it was around 6 staff just sitting and smoking and played mobile games.

We had experienced spa and bath there but the service and massagers were not very good. Two massagers serviced me and my friend were keeping talking with each other and not concentrated on their work. My friend and I didn't satisfy with their service attitude and profession. I won't recommend anyone for experiencing their spa especially the price was not friendly as well.

For a luxury hotel this wasn't! The bed was the hardest we stayed at during our time in Nha Trang and by far the worst breakfast. We went for breakfast at 8am and they ran out of bread, pastries, fruit etc. And they didn't seem to feel a need to replenish items. Then as we were eating we saw numerous hotel staff take plates of food for themselves to eat… Not something I expect of a luxury hotel! For a better priced hotel and stay consider the Rosaka hotel around the corner!

Nice hotel, really a suite of atmosphere, food and personnel. But there are a few caveats. Bad clean room with little to no pylesosât. Next a couple of buildings. Work only during the day. But otherwise everything is good. Of the features — one floor all the time strolling local weddings. This absolutely does not interfere except adds a little bit of local color.

Nice hotel closed to the beach. Not face to the beach but just 2 minutes walk distant. 4 stars hotel at reasonable price. Must try green beer there, special taste.

Booking with Thai massage in April. Service course at the highest level, cleanliness, order, before the massage, a steam room, all as expected. The massage itself is quite soft, I expected a tougher option, so feel free to go to Thai!
