Unprofessional service! They didn't allow me to get in the restaurant located inside the building just bc my body tempetature reached 37, 6 oC (they said over 37, 5 is not allowed) while their attitude was like I already had infectious disease! I totally understand that we should have temperature check before get in the building to prevent during Covid19 but their attitude towards me is nonrespectable and uncceptable, especially security staff at the parking entrance, he seemed not want me in :) ). After temperature rechecked 2nd time my temperature decreased to 36, 8 so they finally allowed me get in! I didn't recommend Citadines service but the restaurant L'aube at their lobby was good though! Citadines 's Manager should notice to their staff how to behave kindly towards their customers!
