Very bad service and unprofessional attitude from the Saigon Central buffet restaurant, 4th floor today. Booked and reserved and got confirmed twice the table. Then arrived after 17km and they informed the table was no more availble without advance noticing to me. Very unprofessional saigon central buffet restaurant at Windsor. Though I eat here every week and my member is gold.

Great atmosphere. Waiters, waitress very friendly and polite.
I recommend this place.

I advise wrongs date check in, Did advice them but no consideration whatsoever to let me not pay and charge me without staying that night I am frequentl quest I was applaud how I was treated

Since almost 1 year we visit Windsor Plaza's dinner buffet regularly. Whether it's during the week or at weekend's, it's was again and again a pleasure to enjoy this place. The food quality is on the highest level for buffet offerings, the staff is extremely helpful and overall it is a pleasure to dine there. A lovely add are free flowing German beets or red/white wines. Hence the price/performance ratio I consider as very positive for a customer and therefore I love to recommend the Windsor Plaza Dinner Buffet.

This is a nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay there. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who wants to be closer to the attractions. But the hotel provides free shuttle services. The rooms have been renovated and updated. A quality hotel at a reasonable price.

Location was nice, the food looked good but in my opinion actually looked better than it tasted. Unfortunately the chairs where kinda dirty. The prices aren't to high considering we fed 16 people for like 180€. Overall a nice experience.

Had a club room. There on business for a week. Hotel was very nice. Pool not huge but big enough to swim a few lengths. Gym limited but ok. Service was excellent. Circle K across the road. Location ideal for District 5. Area was safe.

Superb hotel and the staff in all departments were exceptional and always there to make sure your stay is pleasant. The rooms were very stylish and facilities at the club lounge very special. They made my stay even more special by noticing my birthday and bringing a surprise cake into the room, I found it very thoughtful. The breakfast variety was amazing, the best choice and quality we have had in Saigon. The shuttle service to the market and Chinatown is very useful. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Buffet nằm ở lầu 4 Winsor thì chất lượng rồi nhé. Sáng buffet vẫn có tôm càng xanh, ốc móng tay, một vài loại ốc đầy đủ ha, tối chắc có thêm tôm hùm á. Có cua rang me nhưng hơi ốp, không được chắc thịt. Đầy đủ các quầy các món từ Đông sang Tây. Đặc biệt quầy tráng miệng có nhiều món bánh lạ, ngon nhưng nhân kem nhiều, ăn hơi ngấy, có thác chocolate nhúng trái cây thích hợp cho trẻ nhỏ tìm hiểu khám phá thử. Quầy nước free có detox chanh sả, kiểu như mojito á, nước sâm, nước ngọt các kiểu cũng oke lắm. Kem Winsor cũng là 1 điểm cộng lớn, đa dạng mùi, rất chăm chút về khẩu vị nên được lòng thực khách nè. Quầy Sushi và quầy bánh xèo bánh khọt nằm phía sau. Các món này đều khá ngon. Nhân viên ở đây cũng rất dễ thương, mấy chị đứng quầy siêu nhiệt tình tư vấn và hỏi thăm thực khách dùng gì, các waiter phục vụ chén dĩa nhanh nhẹn, hỗ trợ ngay và luôn, mình có lỡ làm bể dĩa do bưng thức ăn nhiều quá thì họ cũng kêu đi rồi dọn giúp. Nói chung cho điểm phục vụ tối đa. Giá hơi cao, trưa thì tầm 550k, tối chắc còn đắt hơn nhiều, nên mua voucher nếu muốn ăn ở đây cho rẻ nhe, bán nhiều ở Hotdeal, Cungmua…

Visited the all day dining for buffet. It is too spacious and foods are too little for large crowd. Manager would turn off lighting to save energy where I was seating.

Great dinner buffet selections with numerous action stations including grill, sushi and hot pot, wide selections of seafood items. Nice selection of ice cream of local flavor and good yummy desserts.

My first impression on this place is luxurious. Winsor Plaza & Hotel is well decorated and well furnished with a staff panel who are well trained and helpful. The food is diversified with different regional food, such as Western, Asian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, sushi, a lot of sea food, etc. There is also a live music band to serve music per request in the evening. I think this place worth your money!

The hotel is beautiful, 5 stars with amazing view on the top floor lounge. Has one of the best buffett I ever had as well as a excellent dim sum restaurant. Will definitely stay again.

Untapped potential in D5! WARNING: approach with a sense of adventure or humor. So you decide you want to go to the Windsor plaza hotel. Good choice. Show up at around 7:30 pm. There is a great Chinese restaurant on one of the middle floors, the ones before you hit the hotel propper. If you can't find it ask the people at the front desk. They will set you straight. Load up on some hot pot, duck, and 7-8 beers / person. Once 9 hits, cash out from the restaurant and make b line for the elevator. On the way up to the rooftop (this is CRITICAL) be sure to keep an eye out for any drunk guys in business suits. There is always a work function going on and if you time it right you are in for one hell of a night. Upon a successful merger with a business function, play things by ear. You might make it to the rooftop, maybe not, maybe you make it there and you don't remember. It's all a game of chance really. Extra points if you make it to the rooftop. Really great views.

A Chinese hotel for Chinese people. Upper class on first view, standard on the second. Best thing: The Sky Bar with a nice view over Saigon.

Let me just say the whole process of my going to the hotel. At the beginning of the art of the Dragon ordered, can not stay. No way, we spent 200 dollars to buy a VIP room. Check-in need elevator, elevator reception is a woman wearing glasses, began to use the lame Vietnamese English asked me: "Where are you from? " I said China. She turned a scornful look at me. Then I asked in a tone that made me uncomfortable: do you speak English? I said I would. Another supercilious eye. Then she said a few words to me in Vietnamese English that I couldn't understand. The third supercilious eye. Then I talked to my husband all the time and smiled brilliantly. My husband is a tall, handsome Englishman. Discriminate against the Chinese you can not receive me, why airs. Again, bathroom, bath two times suddenly turn cold water! It's a sudden! One sudden turn of boiling water! Just burn my body red! Fortunately, I reacted quickly with the sprinkler, I was still hot red was crying. Call the hotel manager to take care of the matter and the phone is unanswered. People of any nationality are citizens of the world in terms of their nationality. Everyone is equal and should receive respect. Service industry made it, it sucks.

My wife and I stayed here the last four nights and had a great experience. The hotel is extremely clean with comfortable beds and great Linens. We stayed in one of the club rooms and would recommend springing for them if they're available. You get access to the club Lounge all day including happy hour from 5 to 7 p. M. Which they offer drinks and food Unlimited They have a free shuttle that runs to downtown and various places all around the town. The shuttles run often and there always seems to be room We would recommend staying here.

Sometimes you may feel confused check in at 1St floor or 4th floor. The elevators are quite slow and you need a room card to use it, they usually don't work actually. Rooms are clean, great city view, nice staff, they even let me use a small meeting room without booking in advance. This hotel is near a big market too.

Had room 1032 in 10 the level, good view on town. Pretty much space. 3 lowest levels are shopping center and restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Taxi to notre dame 80 k dong. To airport a little more.

The cost of accommodation here varies considerably through the prices set by Chinese Ctrip and Google China. Breakfast is nearly 20 dollars a person, very expensive but there is nothing to eat, and eating a buffet here for one weeks is a disaster.

This is a five-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, the surrounding shopping malls belong to the Chinese settlement area.

First-class hotel in the middle of CHOLON (DISTRICT 5) in SAIGON with free, hourly shuttle service to the center.

Bathrooms are clean. But the elevator system is quite confusing. Going to the sixth floor and seventh floor require different lifts. Why?

Great decor and food. Good for chineses tourist because they speak vietnamese and chinese here.

We were there for the buffet dinner at level 4, "the central cafe" I believe. It worths every penny. Tottally recommend!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms. The beds are so comfortable and the Japanese hair salon does great facial and hair services!

They have well trained staffs, everyone are very dedicated and committed for their positions. I feel much more comfortable than five stars hotel in U. S.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here,, good check in, welcome drink, great, mid sized room, king bed we had was lovely, good Wi-Fi, 18 th floor, when we were in our room you could be anywhere in the world,, great staff, we had a Sunday buffet dinner about 30 US dollars each, a magnificent spread, seafood, everything magnificent, hope to stay again.

Free shuttle bus to District1 and around the neighborhood. All good quality furnitures, bedding feels very good. Spa gotta be one of the best I've tried. Highly recommend hot stone signature massage, really relaxing and also help with muscles tension. Ngan Dinh the Chinese Restaurant is very authentic too. Usually packed during lunch. Don't forget to go to take photos of the famous Italian designer sofa on top. If you book club rooms then you can just hang out at the club Louge with a lot of books. Totally worth it!

Pleasant stay with professional concierge service and good security at hotel entrance. At the main lobby (Level 4) there is even a tour inquiry corner that allows you to plan and receive advice for your short tour around Ho Chi Minh City. Check-in is swift and professional with trained staffs speaking fluent English. We got offered welcoming drinks which was a cup of ginger tea. We even got upgraded to a better room (Level 20) that has a clean bathroom & twin bed. The view outside the room is good with abundant natural light. We had our seafood buffet which is also at Level 4. The experience was good as it has a wide variety of seafood selection and even an outdoor grilling station of your choice of any seafood. This hotel also has a rooftop pool and Jacuzzi. Gymnasium and sauna is provided for guests at no extra charge.

The rooms are clean, with good views and staff are friendly and cooperative. I like that there is easy access to media input for personal media devices as well. The hotel is in the heart of a bustling Chinatown. Step out of the lobby right into the busy Vietnamese city culture, with street food breakfasts and motorbikes as far as the eye can see. Just make sure not to get run over and I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay.

Buffet is a sweet value. And Oktoberfest RULES.

Great hotel and nice Restaurant. Had a wonderful buffet dinner at CCAD in Windsor. Came with great lots of Fresh seafood and hot-pot and met a beautiful and very capable Restaurant manager — Miss Uyen Dam with great depth of knowledge in this hotel industries and particularly very helpful. Will surely come again and would recommend my associated, colleague and friends to this Hotel.
