Rooms are clean and comfortable, friendly staff. The downside is that the breakfast provided was poor, and the &room service meal was not good to eat.

New, clean, excellent. Rooms large and modern. Beds comfortable. Shower superb. Breakfast great!

The hotel is Sejr nicely designed and built, but not so good in shot. Lots of rotten wood and cracks in the walls. Service on the same Nieau. Everything tried well, certainly even times, but unfortunately not reached the 5 stars. The pool was only after a long search find and disappointingly small.

Great value for the money. Extremely helpful staff and clean hotel. It really looks like a resort. Nice interior, tidy rooms. Each room has either a patio (if on the ground floor) or a balcony (on upper floors). Very good breakfast with local and Western choices from menu. I chose Pho (Vietnamese noodles soup) and sandwiches. The pho came with big amount of meat inside. It was just like lunch! The only thing that I didn't really like was its location. The vicinity is not very close to downtown and a little bit dirty. Others than that it is great hotel and definitely recommended!

Small rooms, got cold due to dust in the filters of ac, there were mosquitoes in the room and couldn't sleep all night due to mosquito bites ☹️

Really nice hotel, worth the money. The room was big and spotless but the best part was the bed. What a wonderful bed! All the staff are extremely polite and smiling. The restaurant is pretty good for an hotel. There are a lot of taxi around (or you can use the app Grab) and many restaurant at a walking distance. Will definitely come back!

It is called "Glenwood city resort" now and definitely does not have the quality of a resort. They just upgraded from their apartments. The quality is just for hotel. To be honest, the room was beautiful and the bed was really very comfortable. However, other facilities were bad. The gym, pool and sauna are not private for guests, you have to share it with other apartments around. Especially the sauna is very small and share between male & female. They are not in the resort, you have to walk through the parking area to access that room. I was completely disappointed.

One word, excellent. From Mr. Loc (restaurant manager), his right hand man Tang, & his right hand girl, to Ms. Oanh (Guest Services Manager and overall boss lady) to Mr. Chau, the GM, to the lovely employees in reception, everyone and everything about Glenwood Residences are exceptional. Mr. The, Ms. Vien, Mr. Tam, Ms. Ha, and one can never forget Mr. Sang (he's awesome and works late afternoon & evenings) are a cut above. They are all kind, honest, and attractive! :-) The food at Mr. Locs restaurant Niche is amazing (try the egg rolls and the clay pot with fish or pork), excellent wine, fresh juice, and selection of beverages! The pool, gym, Spa, Sauna, and security are all amazing. The actual rooms, well… just see the other photos. Unlike other properties, they look even better in person! Housekeeping is excellent and does a fantastic job. The location? In the lovely and amazing Thao Dien, you are 10 minutes from District 1 (Saigon's downtown), but unless you have business there you need not go, why? The reason is because the organic quality food is here in Thao Dien in the highly desired and best Real Estate in all on Vietnam, District 2 baby! You will LOVE Niche here at Glenwood, Papagayos, The Deck, The White House, Biacraft, Buddha Bar, The Last Drop, Villa Songs restaurant on the river, Mekong Merchant, and on and on, just a delightful place to live for a day, a week, or a lifetime.

Nice rooms. Very clean. Friendly staff. They will go above and beyond for you. Almost to the point they will sacrifice their own life to ensure your happiness is met. They have made back all of my tips and at times have to sneak them their tips. The area around is not bad. Not so much traffic like D1 or D3 or any other D there might be. Bars and restaurants galore down the street. Bia craft is walking distance of its not raining. I'm actually going to blame my alcoholism on staying here. I mean some locations have beers for less than a dollar… How am I supposed to not take advantage of that? The only thing that sucks is that most locations close early like 12AM or 3AM, so you really have to get your drinks in before they close. Oh but yea Glenwood is priced right and 15 minute ride to downtown… Enjoy your stay because I did… It was quite a journey.
