Helpful staff. The owner n staff can speak english. Easy for us since most of the local people cant speak english at all. Nice foods. Clean. Good location. Overall perfect!

Been there last year in the end of september for 3 nights. I had the deluxe room with the balcony. It was awesome and very cosy. Thang and his team are very nice and helpful and perfect hosts. I will return to that hotel in march this year. Try the food in the hotel's own restaurant! It's gorgeous as well!

I stayed there for one week. It was a very cozy place and I'm happy that I chose this hotel. The host was always friendly and helpful. He gave me useful recommendation about where to go in Saigon. I would stay there again.

Opted for a cheap place to stay at for 2 nights & this place was alright. You're definitely getting your money's worth cause the less the pay, the less you get. Only complaint is that the water heater stopped working after. 1 person was done showering. Breakfast buffet (6 AM-9AM) was AMAZING.

Great Service! Great Staff! The restaurant is very popular and sets the standard for good service on Bui Vien Street. The prices for food and drink are low. Quality is good and the service is quick. Located on Bui Vien (Beer Street) where 1000's of tourists and local Vietnamese people enjoying the staggering amount of bars, coffee shops and restaurants every night. The street is chaotic, full of vendors, smoky bbqs, loud bars, and tour shops. Royal Saigon is on the far end of the street and quiet enough to sleep. But why would you want to sleep? You're in the heart of one of the most dynamic cities in Asia.

A hotel with many tennis courts behind and a badminton stadium where you can rent by the hour and take private lessons if you want with an experienced teacher in vietnamese or english. Entrance of the hotel is wide and therefore easy to stop for arrival or pick up.
