Good beer garden, nice employees. Very helpful. Large rooms with a great baths. Good staff as well.

Great location but it is the location you pay for. Rooms fine but no windows. When we went to pay the receptionist made us pay extra because they had their own exchange rate which was much higher than the current exchange rate. Not good.

I was here for 1 night before a flight. The people in the reception was very rude and not nice. My flight was in the night, so I had long day in the city. Before I went to the airport, I asked the reception If I can take a shower, something that I did all over Vietnam and allways without extra chrage, but they asked 50000 vd which is 1/3 of the price, just for 2 min shower.

Good value for money. Stayed for one night from Saturday to Sunday-it is impossible to sleep: Night discos, loud music, high-wai continuous till 4 o'clock in the morning. The Rest of the comments are not. The Standard room is only suitable for night-cramped. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nicely place, the staff and the breakfast really good and in a very good location as well.

Good location. Near the center of the city. The male receptionist is more friendly. The airconditioner is not working at first. The hot water in the shower is not that hot in the morning. Not sound proof so you can hear the noise in the other room.

Cheap and cheerful in a great part of town. Rooms very clean and a free breakfast if your on a budget its perfect.

Simply said all hotel in vietnam have additional charge. When survey the other hotels with result that got no such issue. I believe that hotel beside will be better and secure. Dun mess up your mood to travel. Try the other hotel.

Watch out for the dude name Bang. He makes up prices to see what ever money he can get, he’s definitely a scumy shark. He always works the night shift and is sleeping on the floor.

If you want to rest it is not the right place, clean but noisy rooms because of the various nightclubs located nearby…

The service was great not until one of the receptionist made sure to ask me to leave and I quote "before my check out time. " o think it is the poor communications skills in English. But it might be a Vietnamese thing.

Worst ever hotel!. Ants everywhere even in bed, bed too hard, no hotwater, laundry scattered on hallway, no supply of soap toileries, cannot sleep from noise nearby. Soundproof would be handy, room too small no sit or cannot sit at all! Donot know how to run a hotel. Unprofessional. Staff sleeps all over the floor, rude, smelly, stuffy,. Point is. cheap or expensive… good service should have been provided. 1 star for the location at least. Never coming back!

This hotel is really wonderful. For the cheap rate, the room is very nice. The service is really nive, the staff is really polite, alert, and always ready to help with a smile. Its location is also very stategic, only 10 minutes walk from benh thanh market, and only 1̀̀̀5 minutes away from the likes of the central post office, the notre dame of ho chi minh, reunification palace, and war remnants museum. It is very recommended for a family trip. Overall, it is very nice, and would be perfect to take kids and the eldery with to stay.

Great location right next to family mart, on the same street as Highland coffee and a stone throws away from the busy tourist street. The room is really small with no windows and has a funny damp smell everytime you walk in. Air from AC doesn't seem fresh. But was clean and everything in the bedroom worked well. Average. Stay was fine but nothing stands out. Staff are always smiling. As of June 2017 there are roads works going on from 11pm to 3am and can be heard pretty loudly. If you're a light sleeper, you have no chance.

The location is in the five old streets of Phan Wu, a lot of pubs nearby, can experience the nightlife here. Although the hotel room is small, but wins in clean, the front desk small handsome guy is very enthusiastic, will introduce the nearby attraction for you, also will provide the nearby map for the traveler. It's very noisy to go to bed at night. But the price is worth it!

Location is strategic, next to bu vien street (happening area) and next to backpacker area, massage just at the basement and next to family mart. There is lots of food shop around the hotel, and not forgetting starbucks, highland coffee (local starbucks). Futa bus station is just few shops away. Alot of travel agency around here too. 10 mins walk to ben thant market area. The room is small, however is comfy and clean, hot water is provided. A little noisy during weekends, due to the happening area. Overall is good!

Cheap hotel but the service is very good. There are many Korean restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.

Comfortable and affordable rooms with A/C. Very conveniently located in the heart of District 1. Many convenient stores, bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of street noise from traffic and bars at night.

Decent hotel for the price. Second stay here. It is getting dated but in a reasonable location.

An excellent Hotel located at the centre of Ho chi Minh. Amazing front desk and incredible interior design. The room was comfortable and cleaned. The foods in the restaurant were so delicious and delightful. The stuffs were very friendly and kind, they got the standard quality of speaking English. I should have to mention about one stuff, her name is Hien, she was really impressive. Overall, it was worthy of staying there. Wishing the progress of the New Sunny Hotel.
