Don’t ever go here, as a foreigner, this guy is a total prick, I was walking down Bui Vien and stopped in to see the menu, this man came to me and told me nothing for you! No sale! No menu, and basically just to go away. Warning — he will scam you if you are foreign… do not recommend.

The reception was very nice. The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

I didnt expect much but received top service:
— extremely good and still calm location
— clean comfy aircon safe rooms also w. Terrace for a very good price
— booking of cab bus tours etc
— laundry
— excellent Wi-Fi and free PC use
— very quick and reliable service
— extra safe boxes at reception
— 24 hour reception
— free rooftop terrace (! )
— sure I forgot something :)

Great location for access to bars and food. City attractions are within walking distance and the hotel staff can arrange booking on tours at a reasonable price. Staff are also lovely and very helpful. Keep in mind that this is a backpacker area so not ideal if you're looking for a good night's sleep.

Clean, safe secure hotel centrally located in a relatively quiet area of Bui Vein. Run by very kind helpful people who can look after almost every need. Great value and if you ask in person discounts for long term stays are possible.

I came at 6:30 am and checked out at 10:30am but they still took me whole money for a day! Okey, fine, because I didn't ask before, it seem my fault. But when I came back to get luggage at the hotel and only ask them for have shower. The owner was very uncomfortable and ask money for this (and I tell them that I did pay for whole day just for 3 hours so he didnt get money but very uncomfortable). I had no intention to rate 1 star but the attitude of the owner make me sick!

Only downside is you have to ring the doorbell at night to get in (wake some of the staff)

Never felt more uncomfortable/not wanted in a hotel/accomadation for the 2 years I've been traveling Asia. I guess it's because my Vietnemese friend negotiated a price before they saw me (Australian) and felt I should be paying me. Funny as the manager must of felt cheated by a foreigner, where as she cheats foreigners daily. I paid not much less than Agoda price. The look I was given when she saw me, wow. Then I had to sign something saying the. Cost in USD I asked. Her how much VND thata is, as she could make any number up she wants after I sign it, that was answered by a. Very unwelcome tone. I was woken by the phone at 1230pm I slept in, and that must of felt like christmas to the manager. "WOOOO now we can fine him for 30mins over stay" 50 000d for 30 mins Wow. Over the last 2 years I have stayed in the room past check-out time at least 100 times, and for much longer than 30 mins… This is the first time I have ever had to pay. If they could of asked me to pay 200 000d and I would have just to get out of that vile environment. Anyways my point is I absolutley DESPISE rudeness, bad manners in people. As soon as I saw her greeted with no smile amd just frowned at should have been the sign to leave.

Cheap price, downtown, near Ben Thanh Market, near Bus station.

Do NOT get the foot massage here. Unnecessary touching of private parts by male staff member…

Nice hotel, very clean, toilet / shower new. Is great!

2nd stay here, the staff is relaxed and helpful. The rooms are very clean, small and efficient, as are many things Vietnamese. Location is ideal for roaming, as well as taking care of any business you may have at the American Consulate or Office of External Relations. Highly recommended.
