Nice service from the breakfast staff and Lucy. Basic accommodation, no soap is provided in rooms, only shower gel. Breakfast was nice, they make fresh waffles, eggs and omelettes. Good Wi-Fi.

Hotel very well placed not far from the center on foot.
The staff is very attentive to all requests and always ready to do service.
The spacious room, king bed site, very clean. Breakfast on the terrace on the 9th floor. Super Nice, only small negative note, a little noisy… But we are not in the center of Saigon.

Very handy location. Quite recently renovated. Rooms are clean and adequate size. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist with any inquiries. Good value for money.

First stop in Vietnam so can't compare but seems good. Not 5 star but room is clean and big. Restaurant and breakfast buffet is good. Reception staff are helpful and English speaking.

The reception and overall stuff were great ;) the place had great breakfast with a big variety of choices, eastern, western, veggies and lots of fruits. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds very confortable and great pillows. It will be great if they had a plug that you can charge appliances 24/7 as when you take key out all electricity goes off. The porters were the only slack thing on this place, they sat on the phone day and night and twice when we came with bags we had to open doors even though they were literally a few feet away. It’s central and relatively easy to find just look out for a few others with same/similar names.

We loved the staff, the design and the breakfast. Prices are also very reasonable. Our room was spacious. The staff in particular is the best past, they are so lovely and helpful. Really good experience!

Overall a very good hotel but pity the thin walls and doors. Fragrant lemongrass along the corridors, near co-op supermarket, rooftop cafe, breakfast above average, friendly staff, eximbank and familymart nearby.

Quite a good hotel, good staff and comfortable rooms. Hot showers and cable TV. Full buffet breakfast and a quirky display on the foyer.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast is great but unlike other hotels in Vietnam they do not have organizational skills and have made many problems for clearing a night letting us spend more. There is nothing missing at the hotel but the staff is very ' cold ' with the guests.

The location and the cleanliness of this hotel is fantastic, except that the phone doesn't work well, since the first day I inform the front desk and second day another reminder and until the last day I checked out, no one came to fix the phone.

Location is key with this hotel. 10min walk to most attractions and finding it is easy to locate. The rooms are basic but clean and the hotel staff are super friemdly. I had a basic mani pedi in my room for $5

Nice hotel, friendly staff, convenience location. Breakfast was nice. And the lobby is instagramable too. Surely will come back if I go to Ho Chi Minh.

Very good service, nice size rooms with a great restaurant and staff.

It's not a number, it's a Conura! Very dirty, small room, towels grey, bed leaky, the walls are cardboard, the door is badly closed. A strong unpleasant odor from flavors. There are many Hindus in the hotel, they are very noisy. Horror. This hotel spoiled the whole experience of the city.

The hotel is positioned itself as a non-smoker. But in the morning in the shower and in the hallway you can enjoy the smoke clubs.

Room is a bit old but acceptable condition considering its price. Location wise — no idea but very easy to get taxi. Staff can speak English, this is probably one strong point.

The hotel packed with exceptional quaility, the room is comfy, the staffs are one of the most friendliest I've ever met, the price is cheap. Every things are off the chart, I'll definitely come again and reccomend this hotel for my friends.

Beautiful hotel, very nice rooms, excellent service, very very friendly staff, I feel like my home. Prices is unusual cheap… Definitely Im coming again. I missing this hotel.
