Lady at the reception told us I can pay only 5$ to upgrade to room that has windows and check in right away or come back at 2pm to check in. So I paid, went up to the room and there was a tiny window by the hallway. Quite pointless and creepy too cause any one can look inside our room. I went back to the reception and told her I will have the room I was supposed to have and get the money back since I didn't need a creepy window. She kept saying 'what do you expect you paid only 5$ that window is still a window. I didn't say the window viewed outside' Anyway bring to the conclusion, she changed our room and shouted 'That's worth of 15$! ' It's still reasonable price but I'd rather spend little more money and book other hotel than staying here. Not planning to visit again.
Hotel is small but new and clean. I had one very comfortable vacation home. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the road with loads of bars restaurant. And just only 5 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market or neighborhood west. Great place to go to all places.

I was very surprised upon arrival ace hotel. Reservations at me just say that only honeymoon hotel rather than requiring installation. But the hotel had arranged for me free 1 honeymoon room was beautiful. Really friendly staff and very good customer care.
