One of the best price-performances of Hanoi! And Trung is the best Receptionist we met on our 5 month trip! He was very professional, but even personally and friendly. He managed the perfect solution for our trouble with the motorbike, because he knows the right stores in Hanoi. And also took care of our "computer to do's" while we visited the city. Thanks a lot! The Hotel itself was very clean, soft beds (! ) and we could sleep really good. They also have a computer in the lobby.
