Thank you to Nguyen Thi Kim Thoa for being so very attentive to our needs and for sharing important information about local cuisines and events.

Let starts with the positives: Location 5/5: A good midway point between BaNa Hill and Hoi An. There are a lot of restaurants around and the beach is walking distance. Staff & services 5/5: helpful, energetic, friendly, and prompt. Breakfast 4/5: a decent variety, but nothing impressive. The negatives Room 2/5: door is super thin even in the premium upgraded suite. There’s literally a 1 cm crack between the door and the wall so u can hear everything in the hallway. Other guests 1/5: 70% of them are solid, mindful tourists, but you get the other 30% that are obnoxious and just overall horrible human beings. They allowed their children to run wild in the hallway. We had to politely ask the children to calm down 3 times. They ate durian and left the door open. They screamed at every chance they get. We switched floor bc of the noise but still run into the same kind of problems. You also see this during breakfast. Overall, this is definitely NOT a 4* Hotel (maybe for the region).

Fabulous variety of food and extremely clean. Western and Vietnamese dishes. Great price.

Went to the breakfast buffet here. Around 170 000 vdn or less per person and it was absolutely amazing. Huge selection and great quality. Kind and attentive staff. We will definitely be back.

Good value for money. Clean rooms and good mattresses. The elevated pool is delightful. Breakfast is varied and has Vietnamese options too. You can’t take the fruits bought on the street to your hotel room however.

We arrived about 8am, so too early for check-in but the front desk showed us to the breakfast buffet. We had a fantastic breakfast (not free! ) before we even checked in. That was great. Then they proceeded to answer all our questions about where to find the best cafe, best dance spot, etc. So, we weren't even actually guests yet, they fed us and spent a lot of time making sure we would be comfortable and informed — all this at their busiest time of the year. We explored the area based on their suggestions (all accurate) and now we're in our room on the 12th floor and can't find fault.

Amazing team at this hotel! We had the best stay. Lovely airy room with comfortable beds and stunning views (we were on the 15th floor) great breakfast selection. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful friendly staff! :-)

My family and I are very surprised because of a deep impression with fantastic atsmophere at Restaurant & Rooftop Bar in Royal Lotus hotel Da Nang, Vietnam. We will be back here next time.

The best place in DaNang for a great buffet breakfast where you can eat enough to keep you full for the day. There is everything you could possibly think of to have for breakfast and some.

Close to the beach. Spacious room and reasonable cooperate price.

Free upgrade to rm 1110. Efficient and friendly front office staff. Love the buffet breakfast layout. Walking distance to beach (need to cross a few roads) and seafood restaurants. Easy to get cabs around the area to the dragon bridge. If you are into exploring mkts/walking promenade along the river/bridge, this is not the hotel. But it is peaceful with large entrance and lobby area. Hotel offers shuttle to Hoi An and Hue which we did not have time for.

Very good hotel and breakfast. Right the corner them have American Burger Grill restaurant so good too. Very recommend.

Stayed there 4 nights in March 2017. Why everyone rate them so highly? The hot water very week, and some time hot and some time cold. The noise from next room so so so loud 3 nights we can not sleep. Call reception, they did not do anything. Never stay there again.

Beautiful rooms with a modern decor and vibe. Good range of amenities from kids indoor playroom to a well stocked gym. The service standards were generally good. Its not the nearest hotel to the beach, about 5 to 10 min walk. The buggy service is apparently not free.

Good hospitality. Not too crowded.

Ery New, excellent location to the beach and many Restaurans just outside arouns the corner.

Very comfortable, good environment, can see the sea. You can also see singers singing.

My wife and I keep finding ourselves coming back to this lovely place. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the drinks are good and inexpensive comparing to other sky bars in Da Nang. Staff are very responsive, especially Nga in the lobby bar. Will come back again!

Highly recommended. 10 minute walk to the beach. Service was exceptional. TV quality was superb. Best out of the hotels we've stayed at.

Arrived and went to sky bar with my family for dinner. Staffs are extremely service oriented and provided good advice for places of visit. Good hospitality!

We did not plan to extend 01 night of stay in Danang after 02 nights at Naman Retreat. Some friends of mine compliment that this hotel is a new one located in the centre of Danang with modern room, good service and worth-your-stay price. My partner and I changed our minds to experience our holiday at this hotel. We were greeted and welcomed by really friendly and hospitalble people at Royal Lotus Danang. The check in was hassle free. The welcome drink was fantastic. We got …an upgrade to the deluxe ocean view. The view was right straight to the ocean from the 12 floor. The spacious room was decorated in a modern and harmony way which made us feel ultimately cosy and comfortable. After dinner, we went to the Sky Bar to have some drinks. We really enjoyed the Sky Bar with live music band and the spectacular full city view from the top floor of the hotel, 17th floor. What also made our stay more enjoyable was the buffet breakfast. There was a wide selection of food and drinks from the Western to Asian. They were so tasty that we ate quite much for a breakfast. Honestly speaking, the buffet breakfast was better in quality and variety than other high rank properties that I have been to. While many other 4 and 5 star resorts/hotels still use the old computers for their reception and business center, this hotel use apple. For us, we had a nice time at Royal Lotus Danang though we spent only 01 night. We would definetely go back to this hotel if we travel to Danang.

Great in the deal. Very modern and well-equipped Hotel. The menu and prices of very expensive drinks for Vietnam.
