Spacy rooms with spacy bathroom with small bathtub. The air conditioner is very strong which very useful in hot day. All of the breakfast menu is local food with "not-really-pleasant" taste compared to the street food that I've bought before. Luckily they have bread and strawberry jam so I could start my day with a full belly.

Hot water stopped after 5mins first use, bathroom smells like everywhere thats cheap (just keep the door closed and it fine) otherwise not a bad place, very high ceilings, 4 star decor that's slightly worn out. Would rate higher if was cheaper or had better facilities. Also door man sleeps at the door, cant beat that security. Stayed 2018-Apr-20

The location is good. Near Han river bridge and Rong bridge. Receptionists were nice and helpful.

The Dana Pearl 2 Hotel is nice, clean and located in a convenient section of Da Nang along the west riverside of the Han River and blocks away from the iconic Dragon bridge. The bedroom is spacious with comfortable beds and convenient plugs by the nightstand. The bathroom is large with a step up soak tub with bidet toilet. The TV has many channels in multiple languages including CNN, HBO, FoxSports and others. There are excellent cafes and restaurants nextdoor or across the street. There is also a nice spa located onsite for guest convenience. I would stay here again!

It was ok, you get what you pay for, well most times… breakfast could have a few more options instead of rice, rice, rice, cold fried eggs and cold meat option, rooms swept but not fully cleaned (ie dusted), towels changed and fresh drinking water daily, well placed position in Da Nang, staff are very pleasant… as said, it was ok…

The room had an overpowering smell of mold, the white towels looked gray and old, and I was awakened at 6:30 am by loud music outside my window. If you can get past that, the rooms look pretty, the shower had good water pressure, and the location was great. My recommendation: for this price, AirBnb is much better.

Warning Warning. This hotel is dreadful. The lobby was clean and bright but the bedroom was the opposite. The towels were meant to be white but were grey, as was the bedding. We had to ask for a new towel but this too was greying. The noise in the bedroom was as if you were standing on busy street. The pillows were wafer thin and worn out. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was thick with dirt. I really don't recommend this hotel. The staff didn't make me feel welcome at all and they couldn't speak a word of English. There is nothing positive to say about this hotel. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The rooms look nothing like the photos.

Friendly staff, modern clean rooms, moderate tariff, coffee shop on ground level, many great places to eat close by.

Decent place, not much to explore but it's right at the center of Da Nang and there's a coffee place right downstairs.
