Worst hotel staff, the rooms didn’t match the pictures we saw in Agoda. Bathroom door handle was broken, shower turned from heath to cold constantly. Not so many options for breakfast, I would say none. But what pissed us off was… the staff tried to scam us with a misterious booking we had to pay for. Thankfully our easy rider help us to deal with it and left without paying.

Nice hotel by the beach. This is my favorite 3stars hotel. Very nice sunrise view in the early morning walk along the beach.

Near the beach. Good value for money.

The water shower kept changing hot to cold. The food was best efforts.

Garbage! The waiter does not understand English, complete communication is not, but also required to retain our license, was rejected by me, more important, turned three times to have a more complete room, clean very bad, often have something bad!

Pretty noisy during the day. In my room, they did not change the new shampoo package when I check in. The bed was ok. The blanket was too small (for 2 people or even 1 big people) The location is beach front but far most from the town.

Nice room with ocean view, the old security man is extremely thoughtful and helpful.

Airport transfers were a disaster. Did not happen at all. I paid $15 to the hotel only to have to get a cab. When I complained no one knew what I was talking about. Hotel is okay but for this inconvenience I would not recommend.

The room is so clean and simple. I like it. But environment near the hotel is slightly noisy. English is not available but staffs are kind. Restaurant is being there, but it is not restaurant but small cafe. Breakfast is very simple tost.

Great location right on the beachfront. Great views from the front rooms, Rooms are modern, cosy and well equipped. Great seafood restaurants nearby. Helpful and friendly staff.

Location in front of beach, not so close to center. Very clean hotel, pover breakfast, good AC & Wi-Fi.

Hate it. Room air — con spoil, towel with yellow stain and holes, floor and bed very dusty, reception don't speak English well, asking to change room but they don't understand why I'm pissed with my room. Downstairs music too loud.
Booked day tour to bana hill in hotel. Tour guide friendly but don't speak English well, so she did not explain much to us in English version transport provided overbooked.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. It's just across the road from the beach. I would suggest renting a motorbike to move around as it is a bit far from most activities.

We are staying here from 28th February. We did not sleep two nights well at all. The first night we woke up early in the morning because we could not mishear argueing local people outside and a loud all night playing TV on. We are sorry but we did not manage to close the window. The system for closing the window was broken. We got a room above. We accepted with a pleasure from the helpful receptionist.
The second night we woke up in the morning again because we could not mishear so loud drum'n'bass music from the room next door. We think no other hotel guests stay in this hotel but drunk and drugged local 'I don't know who they ares'.
What comes next for the third night or so? There is nobody in this hotel who could solve these kinds of problems. It is not a holiday, it is hell. : (Michal Pliesovsky (room 305)

Great location for a quieter time, more private beach and easy access in all directions by car taxi. The people very nice, guards watchful and helpful. Rooms real nice.

Place is well-priced for its location and rooms. Free breakfast and scooters available for rent.

Clean, comfortable, with a friendly staff who speak enough English, this gem is well situated across the street from the beach. I suggest paying a bit more for the water view! I took my own private day trip on one of the motorbikes available for rent. A limited but tasty menu saves you a trek into town — and you can chow down while wave watching! Overall, a great experience at a fair price.

Nice and quaint with a great view and you can't beat the price. Rooms are clean and the bathroom was well thought out for beach goers.

Very nice hotel. Spectacular sea view from beach front room. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Recommended.
